There's no doubt Chibi will happily milk this victimhood and will use it as a way to deflect away any criticism of his behavior. I hope he actually makes good on his promise and releases this police report.

Whoever is guilty of swatting him should face legal punishments for doing so. And of course, Chibi shouldn't have been a victim of swatting. But I bet you, given time, smear merchants will likely falsely accuse Kiwi Farms or whoever they dislike of being behind the swatting, and this will become a narrative.
Edit: If I were to guess who swatted Chibi Reviews, it would be the misanthropic group known as UTTP. Because it would appear these people have been targeting Chibi as of late. Such as this time they posted this obviously grossly fabricated Twitter screenshot of Chibi. Archive
