Also, if he was intelligent he'd be careful on who he tries to sue. He has made himself a public figure so talking about him is completely legal as is sharing any information on him. This includes things like his lawsuits, talking about his videos and social media posts as well as why he's been fired from his jobs as long as people do their research and post evidence. Really no different than the Grant v. Torstar case I believe. He just wants to ruin lives and peoples income even if he doesn't get a payout. Hell it wouldn't take much to show the courts in Quebec that he does this to abuse people and have him labeled as a Vexatious litigation like Descoteaux.

Stebbins has filed for IFP so his lawsuit has not yet been accepted. The IFP hearing is currently scheduled for 9am on February 24, 2026. Unless Stebbins is granted leave to attend remotely or have the court rule on the papers, he will need to commute 90 miles each way due to filing in a court several cities away.

Here's a rundown because Stabbins writes his lawsuits like a boomer Facebook post.
  • Point 16 states that he was diagnosed with Asperger's and 17 states that he has a tendency to annoy everyone he interacts with for more than a few minutes. Point 18 states that customers who get annoyed by his behavior should be "educated" on how Asperger's works (the same effect can be achieved if he was made to walk around with a "Please be patient, I have Asperger's" hat).
  • Points 19 and 20 state that he was one of those sales people who annoy you in the middle of Walmart while you're trying to buy deodorant and dog food.
  • Point 26: "I have Asperger Syndrome. You may have heard of it."
  • Points 30-46 accuse his employer (Premium Wireless) of attempting to "manufacture reasons to get me fired." Point 38 highlights accusations from an angry customer stating that Stabbins allegedly (note that I said A-L-L-E-G-E-D-L-Y you vexatious litigant fuck) stole people's phone numbers, ruined this customer's credit by signing him up for an expensive plan, and blocking the aisle where people could get straight talk cards.
  • Points 47 and 48 state that Stabbins allegedly (A-L-L-E-G-E-D-L-Y you vexatious fuck) of stealing a single nude photo from some guy's phone (John Doe #1). He states in point 49 that this is a false accusation.
  • Point 58 states that Stabbins believes Doe #1 was a participant in a conspiracy set up by Premium Wireless and Walmart to get him fired.
  • Point 63 somehow ties the resurrection of Jesus Christ to this lawsuit and that's why the court should rule in favor of Stabbins.
  • Point 69: "If Doe #1 was acting independently of the corporate defendants, then it was one hell of a good guess that he just happened to pick a day I was working to make the complaint in order to maximize my public humiliation and shame."
  • Point 87 states that he tried to contact his manager via SMS and Discord to protest his firing. Point 89 states that he went to Walmart to talk to his manager. Point 92 states that Walmart security threw him out.
  • Points 104 and 105 point to Appledude as John Doe #2. It's important to note that Appledude alleges (A-L-L-E-G-E-S) that Stabbins stole multiple OF photos of the guy's girlfriend while Stabbins says in point 48 that it was only one picture (A-L-L-E-G-E-D-L-Y).
  • Point 108: "The entire website is dedicated almost exclusively to harassing, doxxing, and cyberstalking their victims; Barnes & Noble sells books, Playboy produces pornography, WWE produces professional wrestling events, and Kiwi Farms harasses, doxxes, and cyberstalks people for its users' demented amusement."
  • Point 108: "Kiwi Farms harvests anguish. It thrives on pain and revels in death."
  • Point 120 names John Doe #4, who "confirmed it happened."
  • Point 124 states that Stabbins is "virtually unemployable."
  • Point 132 states that under the EEOC, Premium wireless agreed to give Stabbins $12,500 in exchange for him not suing under the ADA.
  • Point 135 lays out supplemental terms; being that Stabbins will release all claims against Premium Wireless and Walmart and that he will never seek employment with them again. Point 137 states that he did not agree to those terms. Point 138 says they haven't paid him the twelve and a half.
  • Points 140-148: It's nawt troo!
  • Points 186 and 187 allege that management not talking to a terminated employee is a form of discrimination.
  • Point 204 demands that the defendants retract every accusation against him
  • Point 213 demands $146,400 in lost wages
  • Point 214 demands one million for public humiliation, emotional turmoil, and general loss of reputation
  • Point 215 demands an extra $2,440 per month after the initial five years in lost wages forever
  • Point 218 demands $300,000 for wrongful termination
  • Point 219 demands an additional $300,000
  • Point 220: "For the defamation, I ask that he consider going absolutely buck wild with punitive damages. I ask for this, not because I want to be a milli-onaire for its own sake, but because the defendants truly need to be taught a lesson for spreading such horrible lies about people."
TLDR: Stabby is suing his former employers for $1,758,900 plus an extra $2,440 per month forever because they maliciously smeared him as a pervert and posted those false accusations to the Kiwi Farms.

I Feel like we should try to honor him in some way, he was a member of this community!

Sure he fucked up and had to pay a lolcow some money but he did not deserve death and we can honor him in death and keep his memory alive. Something david will never get!

I also have seen specter confirming that the coroner confirmed it was jarrod.

The entire trailerpark address is 1850 w orangethorpe. you'd have to get the unit number. It could be one of 50-60 trailers in there.

Its listed has having 76 lots, and it appears they start at #2 and go to #78 according to property tax searches for orange county. Unfortunately OC does not list owner/tax payer names like other municipalities. There could be a #80 as not every unit number is accounted for in the search (maybe too old to tax)

What a weird place, I've never seen a mobile home park/apartment building combo before.

No logs of the unit number on any of my public sources. Likely wont get it without a record request from one of the fire departments (or calling the trailer park).

We see some adjacency of covere parking with solar that is very recent as its not on the google maps satellite view. But in the mid left you see some solar parking, , and top right a house with some solar.

Edit: More updates. The trailer park does some units with odd numbering. Likely expansion where they shoved a few more mobile homes which could be why locating numbers is so odd.

Listing for 81E. I'm guessing the "extra" spots they opened up theylabeled them like 77A-81E... so 80D is likely valid.
Looks like 81 E is riht up against the apartment building.
