As I recall, Kiwi Farms users actually did that against the DIY troonshine websites. While the complaints against the Farms were spurious and unsubstantiated, the troonshiners were, in fact, breaking service providers' TOS and quite possibly the law. They were quite furious at the Farmers, whose response was essentially, "This stops when you stop." They stopped sniping the Farms, and then the Farmers stopped.

Looks like Elliot is graciously providing us with the weapons for Total Retard War 2: Elliot Fong's Wild Ride. I can't wait to see how crazy it gets.
 
The great thing about this tool is that once hosts and other people start receiving masses of complaints they will also start disregarding masses of complaints - in the same way cancel culture reached it's penultimate peak and is far less effective nowadays because there is way too much noise.

What this means is that the more websites added to it, the more ineffective it will become.
There are definitely plenty of subreddits and xitty accounts that match it's description too.
 
Keeping up with archiving the page and the zip. I currently have a zip as of 13:43 UTC, Sunday, Feb 8th from the girl talk wizard. I wonder how easily this would be abused by malicious actors. if it doesnt take that much resources you could really just grab the cheapest VPS plan and keep doing that every time you get shut down from a provider. I'm sure elliot is aware the site is watching as he has cronies talking to him so i would like to keep it archived incase he pulls it down after its finished and makes it private.
Below is a copy of the wizard. I understand if you don't trust a random user from here. you are more than welcome to run all the files in this through virustotal if you wish.

EDIT: I apologize for the late edit but there was a branch called "lizf.blocklistchanges" that suddenly went missing either elliot is currently active with their tokens or something else is happening as of 13:59 UTC

Among other things, I suspect this is a list of places that could have harsh blowback on LFJ if they found out his tool was being used to spam report to them. It's a good preventative step, but like @Softdrinks said you can just edit it.

I guess the point is that if somebody does stand up a version of this cutting out the ENH centralized admin control, LFJ can claim "not my fault, they edited the source code to make it abuseable!"

I'm generally al forno when it comes to poor diction and spelling, but lately I, a genius, think we can make an exception for your/you're, because it has got to be the писать/писать of English. No joke, I have heard actual Polish people say they have trouble with writing the correct one. But that's the only exception, and it's only for ESL or ETL or EFL and so on. Native speakers still get the rope.
