She never had any money. All her vacations and toys were bought on credit. She admitted one of her Japan trips was some paypal bill me later thing. She shouldn't have married a broke theater kid grocery store worker in her 20s when she could've gotten someone better with at least some income. Of all her life destroying fuckups doing that might be the worst.

Oh this is great news. It shows that she's effectively been wasting her money, not that she makes all that much. But a good rule of thumb is you take three months salary and put it away for a rainy day. Like you lose your job or you get sick and can't work. You still have that money sitting there and can be used until you're better.
It also means she needs to get a better paying.... oh hell I can't even write that and keep a straight face.

I can't remember a time when she wasn't complaining about not being able to pay rent going back at least 6 years. Maybe a few months she didn't but it's always either been ebegging or bitching. I can understand being hard on times for awhile, but fucking do something and not just stay near eviction for a decade. Move, work, be nice to relatives or something. Anything.
Unless she's just bullshitting about it all and I doubt that because she isn't getting any grifting money anymore.
She's literally 40 years old. I've seen and known junkie 20 year old's that had more stable financial lives than this just doing pizza delivery.

They offer this in a lot of places that it's an 'average' but in the fine print it says you'll pay the total used no matter what in a balloon payment at the end. It's always an 'estimate' in the early times. She's lived there a long time so maybe she changed to the averaging plan 2 years ago on her own. People that do this are the kind that did variable interest home loans that helped do the housing crash in 2008. They think it's easy cheap money, and go into shock when the real bill comes later.
Also she almost makes it sound like they are catching her ENTIRE usage and weren't charging her much or anything and she didn't suspect it? It had to be pretty bad for it to be a big amount lol.
