I am sure this is the lone time in history where jews uniformly came down firmly on one side of a conflict as a matter of principle like they weren't avaricious interlopers...oh wait!
During the American Revolutionary War, Jewish residents in British North America were divided in their loyalties, though a significant portion supported the Patriot cause in hopes of greater equality, while others remained loyal to the British Crown. Jews actively served in the Continental Army, provided crucial financing, and faced displacement in British-occupied cities.
Patriot Support & Motivations: Many Jews supported independence due to opposition against British taxation policies that harmed their business interests. Others saw the revolutionary struggle as a chance to secure freedom and equal rights.
Loyalist Ties: Despite the majority favoring independence, some affluent Jewish families in New York, Newport, and Philadelphia remained Loyalists. Examples include the Franks family, who supplied British forces, and Isaac Hart, who was killed for his loyalty to the Crown.
Seriously, 9/10 times you're arguing about how jews aren't monolithic, and now that it suits you better (it doesn't, btw, you weren't going to convince them in the first place, and infact, this disengenuous line of argument is shockingly bad), they get all the credit for THE REVOLUTIONARY WAR.
The absolute most insane part of the dyslexia diagnosis is that in spite of the fact that receiving the diagnosis requires being significantly behind in reading abilities, they claim it's lifelong even if you no longer would qualify for a new diagnosis.
Jurisdictional question too difficult to summarize at just the glance
Edit: They basically decided when an appellate court has to vacate a judgement. Tldr (I think): dismissal of a case (by a district court) does not cure jurisdictional problems, and an appellate court has to vacate such a judgement to resolve the jurisdictional issue.

I would give anything to hear those 11 minutes of tape that they accidentally deleted.

I won't even shake hands with those people. It's all that San Francisco crowd there...
I love that millennials were the first ones to discover that Nixon was probably the funniest guy who ever took office. Trump is probably a close second but Nixon was fucking wild, he at least put the front up in public that he was a square guy, that's what makes the tapes so much funnier.
The last thing Trump does in office, if there's any Nixon tapes left, especially drunk Nixon tapes he NEEDS to sign an executive order to get those released.
