But an injunction to change an entire election system seems like the type of thing you can’t proceed this way with.

Doesn’t Nevada have those people who film in courts, Our Nevada Judges? Maybe our guy could be bigger than Kim Blandino.

What usually happens is the landlord takes him to court and they mutually agree that there won’t be an eviction on the record if the tenant moves out prior to X Date. That way the landlord gets the property back (although he takes a hit because he lost several months of rent and had to go to court) and the tenant avoids an eviction on his record, thus ensuring the next guy doesn't get warning that he's coming. Particularly useful for Section 8 housing because I think you lose your eligibility some/all the time if you have an eviction. Sometimes the landlord just offers the guy money to move out before the hearing ("cash for keys").

It's a little sordid.

That's honestly pretty depressing. She's the Squirrel Girl who had all the cute pet squirrels and did cosplays with them and Russ got all pissy and told her to ditch the squirrels because they "take away from her hotness."

Now she just does onlyfans cosplay "no nudes, just lewds, my dudes!" and not a single squirrel in sight. So I guess Russ got his wish.

I just spent about 4 days in Las Vegas and this was my first time there. Rusty definitely popped in my mind as I explored the city. Definitely not the city for him. There is a lot of dirt bag housing scattered around the city. Places you can rent a studio apartment for a week, lots of what used to be old motels converted into cheap studio apartments. Lots of them do have gated parking lots that can keep the repo men away if they are operational.

Lots of rough pockets in this town. It seems like the bad parts are scattered around the city, from what I see. Low income apartments right outside billion dollar hotels and casinos. I suspect maybe some of the real undesirable apartments they will not check rental history . Those are places that Rusty would definitely need to keep his autistic antics in check.

And Las Vegas seems like it would be an awful city not to have a car. The bus system here does not seem great. Also, lots of the city, crossing the street as a pedestrian, you need to exercise extreme caution.

I was trying to remember why I remembered the 26th. That's Yaniv's court date for his lender to request they be allowed to force entry to show the unit. Fun way to end the month.

The fact that Russhole had to be saved twice from literally dying, in addition to the 10th circuit declaring time travel as real, all just so he can continue to sue Null with his case without witnesses or evidence, is proof that the God is real, and he has a sick sense of humor.

Upside, now that he is being kicked out, he might just die in his sleep now.
