Looks like she’s been on a multi-day drug bender, passed out then jumped out of bed to meet ralphie with yesterday’s makeup still smeared on her face.

Neither of them look happy to be around the other person.

I remember reading from people who encountered Ralph irl that his body odor is basically unwashed ass poorly covered up with axe body spray. And Scarlett is a schizophrenic drug addict whore, she just looks grimy and I bet she smells just as bad. In a way they're a perfect match for each other.
 
Fwiw, Scarlett's supposedly 5'5", roughly the same as Ralph, as confirmed when the provedly diminutive Baked Alaska (at 5'7") towered over him during the Pilot IRL stream.

Everyone keeps saying this broad is not of sound mind. Granted, the way she looks and talks is definitely suspect, but she's physically recoiling from Ralph in this photo. A synapse or two is still firing somewhere to activate her self-preservation instinct.

I assume pornstars are like actors where they lie about their height and add a few inches. So she’s probably closer to 5’3 than 5’5 and still towers over him.
 
That photo appears to have been taken from the Marina Towers building.
