He did submit it (though inaccurate). When Mr. Hardin objected that the list was not full the court told him that it didn't really matter.
do you have that list?
i remember that it was a weird word document that was sent in an email, but i can't find it.

incidentally, happy 1600 pages of this absolute madness, kiwi frens.

There was a copy later filed as an email exhibit, but I don't have the ecf number off the top of my head

Thanks. I had forgotten this was sent in January 2025, two weeks after the "happy to provide" spergout.

The 2018 RO is only on his incomplete litigation history list because he was already deficient in production and Hardin pressured him into a spergout. He wasn't going to mention it at all. It deserves to be treated with maximum adverse inference.

A few years from now, when this RO issue is finally resolved, Hardin should get back to demanding the rest.

Greer's signatures are one of the most interesting things on the docket. It's like looking at the decline of artwork done by dementia patients.
Eventually the signatture will continue smoothing out until it is a perfectly straight horizontal line.

Seems as though the 5th circuit is handling something similar to KF's situation here in the 10th:

EFF to Court: Don’t Make Embedding Illegal

By Corynne McSherry - March 2, 2026

This private information is unavailable to guests due to policies enforced by third-parties.

Wouldn't that be funny if there ended up being a circuit split between the 5th and the 10th, so Hardin gets to take it to the SCoTUS?

A reasonable court would ignore this filing for a notice of supplemental authority is not meant to introduce factual material or character evidence
Not to mention that "minor conviction -> therefore not dangerous" doesn't logically follow
Bottom text

I fail to see how the downgrading of a misdemeanor makes one objectively less dangerous. A crime was still committed. He was still found guilty. It still involved his harassment of a woman. Any objective "average person" would likely classify someone who is convicted of a crime of harassing a young woman a dangerous person. He can argue all he wants that he's not dangerous, but that's a subjective judgement call, and he can't really argue with that (although you know he will).

It was.

You do a much better job of keeping track of Greer's legal shenanigans than Greer does.

Wonder why it took him like two months to find this. Maybe he is just holed up in that condo till his eviction appeal and can finally just work on his lawsuits.

Man who got convicted of harassing a woman is upset that he is viewed as dangerous. Lol. Lmao even.

He plead it down to a minor goof up, why won't you just mooooove on?

I'm imagining that every time the landlord walks past Greer's room he is yelling "PARASITE!"

If I were him, I'd be prepping for that appellate hearing instead. But, hey, what do I know? I've never been convicted of harassing a woman, so maybe there's some insight to be gained in there.

This really has devolved into "wow, I might be a convicted woman harasser, but at least I'm not a felony convicted woman harasser!" territory. Uhm, Greer, what does this have to do with contributory copyright infringement, again? :smug:
