I legit have seen these people say "oh so you support the genocide of innocent people???" to anyone who dares tell them that harrasing anyone who just happens to be a jew is not helping anyone.

I disagree. They go full Hitler mode on anybody who happens to be Israeli, but God forbid suggesting that maybe you shouldn't buy that new trendy Russian video game, contributing to Russia's GDP and financing its war machine, because "not all Russians support Putin" (even if its morally upstanding developers constantly rant about how "hohols deserved it" and should've surrendered)

for both parties they basically connect the urethra to the outside, removal all sexual organs(sometimes leaving nerve centers behind the skin I guess), and sew you up. there are some example in that bodymod post and around,

wanted to mention but forgot, this is probably "the best" trans surgery, because it doesn't involve some weird (in context) meat dildo or open wound. and from what I've seen it heals the best.

Some medical issues can warrant removal of the uterus or ovaries and there are some selective vaginoplasties, (hell, getting shit caught in your jean zipper can warrant some removal too lol), but nullification is everything, these people elect to do it for "mental health" reasons.

I don’t get how SRS surgeries are justified to begin with but this is on a different level for me, there’s not even a pretense of trying to give someone the “correct” genitals, it’s just chopping off someone’s junk and having nothing else there. How do people even get approved for this? How is it even done within actual hospitals? It seems completely elective but I’m not sure what the medical justification is. Again, there seems to be no pretense about it, just cutting shit off for no reason.

on that subreddit some of the people there are victims of cancer or disease or injury so a surgery like that is not out of the question.

brother, the train hasn't just left the station, the train has been gone for weeks.

Early trans surgeries were actually horrifying. The Documentary paris is burning shows a couple trans people from the 80s in NYC. it's a good doc but the few trans people they talk to talk about how a lot of the people getting the SRS are just dying because of them. The early Drs doing them straight up should have been put on trial.

It's crazy that for basically all of human history there were men that acted like women and women that acted like men and sometimes they were sad they weren't the opposite sex, they lived fulfilling lives. Now if you don't TRANSITION NOW your NGMI
