She also I think told us how much she is getting paid an hour; before she needed $250 and streamed for 6 hours. When someone said she needed $500 she said she would need to stream for 12 hours. She's getting about $40/hour around there. USD. (At least both break down to $41 and change, I assume she's rounding. Current exchange rates put that at about $55/hour. No wonder she isn't too worried about Youtube and Kick "Feels like home" now.

She doesnt have a gallbladder. According to Doctor AI that *usually* doesnt result in any negative side effects with the Pancreas as it compensates, but with how Chinny abuses her body its gotta be working in overdrive since she had it removed as a teenager.
Just throwing in my experience here...I'm on tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound), prescribed via telemed Refills.com. I was *very* pleased with the thoroughness and attention they paid to me before they prescribed. I take a lot of medications, and have a decent list of conditions and they wanted me to be cleared by my own GP before they'd prescribe. Both doctors I dealt with were board certified and licensed to practice in my state (and were searchable online). I'd imagine if I lied they'd have given me a prescription anyway? But that happens with in-person doctors too. Refills.com also had the best prices. I was in health care (professional) before I retired so I am very leery of quacks and non-professional types.
