Yeah, but she has zero clout and it's all just a white housewife shouting into the void with a few clacquers, all of whom have zero power or influence. And even then, Fatirck has nothing to lose, like, what career could this pasty mophead ruin?
The most danger is to our ribs because the whole situation is peak "unstoppable force meets immovable object". Jackie, despite being whiter than pristine snow, is still black enough to be unable to ever let go of a perceived grievance, and Pat is not only fat, but also utterly incapable of ever budging.
Aryan Jackie is the perfect foil for the Pig. She is relentless and an obvious race-grifter, but Pat can't go against her despite obviously noticing that, because she still has that identity of a black woman so he is powerless.

Even if Fatrick were to sue her, she could assert that Tomlinson is libel-proof because he already has such a poor reputation that anything she said or did couldn't possibly damage it further. Pat's career was dead well before Jackie entered his orbit so it would be difficult for him to argue that she caused any actual financial damage to him. Rick may also be considered a public figure for limited purposes which would require that Jackie acted with actual malice, and she's far too retarded for a jury to believe that she wasn't just being a stupid cunt who swallowed obvious bait and is idiotic enough to never figure it out.

Libel proof is usually reserved for convicted felons, and even then the designation is rebuttable by the plaintiff. The examples of libel proof I saw all dealt with convicted criminals suing over descriptions of/allegations relating to/claims of conduct similar to the crimes for which they were convicted.

What you are thinking of is 'no damage to reputation'. It is an affirmative (and absolute) defense but it tends to come up during/after discovery because all but the flimsiest claims of reputational harm will be enough to keep a suit alive until then.

Specific to Fatrick he is not a felon and his home state of Wisconsin lacks an anti-SLAPP law, so just getting to the point of claiming no damage to reputation could be ruinously expensive to Jackie.

ETA: Patrick is certainly a public figure for anything relating to his books or Internet presence. It does not matter that some of that presence is responding to the Pests' antics, all that matters is his decision to have that fight in the public square. The criteria for what constitutes a public figure are pretty lax because they were set in the 1960s, when public recognition/notoriety was much harder to achieve.
