My buddy asked me to upload these from FH's melty last night. He was one of the people poking the cry-baby bear last night.

I personally wasn't aware of who FH was until I saw his melty, so a little inadvertent cow tipping happened, sorry lads.
 
Brian's requested deposition will likely be delayed.

He has been unable to serve his former lawyer in the traditional way, so is now requesting permission for alternative service via email.

Brian appears to be arguing that when he was found to have defrauded his business partner to the tune of $20M, the lawyer who was representing him was doing so without permission.

The likelihood of a lawyer spontaneously representing you out of the kindness of their heart is about as probable as Ralph sobering up and being a real father.

I'm noticing a pattern here.

The process servers' receipts do indeed cite the historic case number rather than the current case he is attempting to subpoena Wilson in. The subpoena itself cites the same case number with an RB suffix instead of MH.

This is going to be an absolute circus. :story:

Just in case it matters, this guy found this out before me. Sorry Lucas, searched the thread but I never found your post. I posted about Laura a few weeks back and said that she was CandyK now, so just thought I should give credit where it's due.

Actually, he emailed me thinking he’s won because the judge granted to him that the plaintiffs cannot sell the house until the bankruptcy case is over. Again, him acting like some pointless partial win is an absolute win to him just like the appeal in 2025. Besides, it’s not a win for him because he is 100% going to lose the bankruptcy case anyway.

A piece of advice for everyone: never beg for money from rich or powerful people. Even if they're the most generous men on earth, giving money to someone can be very dangerous if the person is a piece of shit and/or a criminal. That's because giving money to someone means that you're intentionally financially supporting whatever it is that they do and taking a degree of moral responsibility for it. This is also why rich people are often perfectly willing to give money to nonprofits or for-profit corporations since there are fewer negative surprises.

Is it Trump Enslavement Syndrome or just retardation to think that the president is going to take the time out of his day in a post anthrax scare world to go through his own mail because some guy he tweeted at 11 years asked him to open a vague package he sent? How is Kevin doing? I saw a few extreme weather youtube channels that look like they're doing fairly well and I'm surprised the Martin's haven't sued them and claimed that Kevin was the original amateur weather forecaster.
