I find it hard to believe that two women signed on. Think their intention is to kill the initiative from the inside?

I also have some serious reservations about that 5th individual. To me, it looks like the 4th person signed up the 5th person as well since the address as written is identical, and the printed handwriting is very similar. I kinda doubt that "Edwin" has such girly handwriting.

If 2 people live together and are signing together it can make sense for one person to fill it out twice. They handwriting on the subsequent page seems different between the two.

Just to pay for the license fees alone, with the establishment taking 50% of transactions, the hookers need to earn $5.26 an hour every hour they work.

Weekly STD tests are expensive. Say you get a discount from the local Quest lab for just $100 a pop, thats $3800 a year each hooker has to pay. To pay for it, thats another $2.50 the hooker has to earn, or $5.00 she has to make per hour they work. Now we're up to $10.26 per hour every hour a hooker works to keep up with regulatory costs. Has Greer done market research is there even enough dicks to suck in the area to afford this operation? Imagine someone literally riding your ass about P&L.. He seems to hold two ugly impulses at once. On one hand, he clearly resents women and often speaks about them in a way that is dismissive, transactional, or openly hostile.
