The eviction appeal Judge cancelled the hearing and decided that Russ was wrong

Does this mean he's overdue for Bailiffs kicking his little room barricade down and hauling his ass away?

Homeless Shitlips arc???

Like many suspected, this admission by Russ was found critical by the Judge:

Russ got his $250 back.

This means that now a homeless man is suing Nevada to let him make brothels. You can't make this shit up. Lol.

The judge sat down to familiarize herself with the subjects of her upcoming hearings, took one look at Russ' plight scribbles, rolled her eyes, and booted it.
A truly efficient court.

> Tenant cannot assert a habitability defense, because rent has not been deposited into the lower court's escrow account pursuant to statute.

Shitlips ignored the proper process and got his peepee whacked by a female judge over it. Surprisingly, this doesn't happen all that often, but as people have mentioned, the Vegas eviction courts have no fucking chill for retards.

Now he just has to appeal her decision and see if he can find someone to just let him EXPLAIN. Or maybe he can get the judges in Greeee vs Moon to order a stay on his eviction as it would be unfairly prejudicial to that case.

It's the little things in this order that make me laugh and laugh and laugh.

It's like a setup for a riddle. Two roommates receive the same letter. One is elated, the other, malding. Why? :story:

I want this to play out like that scientology episode of South Park, with Russ locking himself in the closet and refusing to come out.

nigger it's like you haven't even heard of the Supreme Court.

I'm sure russ can muster up the ability to do a proper appeal to the highest court in the land, which will immediately drop everything to handle this, as it's the biggest problem facing the world today.
Even better! Supreme Court doesn't have jurisdiction to take up the appeal. He also doesn't have the $300 plus the cost 40 copies of his petition. But, hey, if he gets granted IFP somehow, only 10 copies are required.

Stop giving him ideas! These are great suggestions for him. He would have a real chance. Why are you helping him???

This really makes the judge that signed off on allowing the appeal to occur look like a total moron.
That literally did not happen, though. And the Judge you're complaining about is the one who initially evicted him (twice, by her own count)

Okay, Russ, why didn't you fucking tell me this was your alt?

As of now, this has yet to be docketed in the Supreme Court of Nevada

He didn't post rent as a bond. It's the easiest way to weed out the liars; there was no complaint about habitability because he didn't cough up the fucking rent.
You say that as though Shitlips is bound by social constructs like procedures or law. Yes, every other tenant in the land is required to set aside rent money rather than spending it on whoresuits (whore lawsuits,) but they don't have the force majeure that is plights.

I was thinking of this:

Eviction Appeal.png

It was a judicial officer, not a judge, and apparently allowing the stay of eviction was automatic just because he paid the bond, which to me makes no sense. Crusty got another month to live there and didn't have to end up paying anything since the bond was returned as the case was rejected before being heard.

Not a bad gambit for Rusty. He only had to pay $250.00 and he got to stay without rent for another month, and he gets the $250.00 back now.

Wait. How the hell does that work since the District Court is the court of last appeal for Justice Court? How can you appeal to a court that shouldn't even be capable of hearing the case, if the District Court is indeed the court of final appeal?
