I have talked to Liz Fong Jones' mom and she agreed that while Nigger Caviar retracts all statements, I uphold all the statements he made and claim they are all true beyond a reasonable doubt.

Jack SkullFatty used the DMCA to try and silence Pink Chicken and The Lazy Man, a criticism based livestream.
They filed their counter notices, something Jack likely did not expect.

Most people roll over for DMCA claims because the counterclaim opens them to liability. PCLM have countered Jack at least six times, from the last time I checked.

They also continue to refer to him as fatty doodoo which is delightful.

Saying the DMCA is simply a tool of the rich and powerful discounts the malicious use by people with zero self reflection and maximum ree.

I am going to lock the LFJ threads outside of the legal one. I'm of the mind now that people aren't understanding the severity and imminence of the doxing threat that LFJ is posing to them. It's not safe for people to exercise their speech, and there are people who don't seem to appreciate the importance of what I'm saying, so it's better to just not have that avenue available.
