I just realized the redneck kiwi is a girl. I thought it was a guy with a pony tail. Growing up in the rural Midwest, that's a mistake you make sometimes. Lots of corn fed women chain smoking Marlboro reds.

How do you feel about Christopher Ludwick? Dude started out the war with like 6 houses and quiet wealthy, bought guns out of his own pocket and became the master baker for the army, often paying for supplies himself, and at the end of the war was broke and almost homeless. Years later he wrote to his good friend Washington about his state of hardship and the new US goverment recomped him like 250 bucks :story:

I think he was able to recover fairly well though by the time he died, and there's still a foundation in his name.
 
Since the next Kiwi is already yuro-themed, I'd like to suggest "Admin" as a theme for the next batch. A combo of slobberwi (slobbermutt-faced kiwi sitting in front of a laptop), jannywi (in a boiler suit and flat cap, next to a mop and bucket. Maybe each mod could have its own version, such as blue flames for Useful_Mistake or something along those lines) , and hardinwi.

2,000 subscribers pays for anything the forum needs and puts enough money in Josh's pocket to make him put up with this bullshit for the rest of his life. I know it's a lot, but I think he'll get there eventually. The most entertaining drama on the Kiwi Farms is Josh's constant struggle to keep it running. Owning a piece of that for yourself is a bargain at $20/mo. It's an easy sale.
 
And to think, not so long ago Threewi was in a constant unhatching-and-hatching crisis.
