I can smell that suit from here.

Seems like the judge is less impressed with Greee than he was with ViaTRON's counsel, and that's saying something.

ViaTRON argues no contract was accepted, for either 20k or 200k as they made counteroffers which show no meetings of minds.
 
He didnt even contest anything besides dismissing the breach of contract. The rest of the suit is just going to be dismissed because he didnt contest it.
 
Null should demand a change of venue and get this judge lol

This little girl is shit. They may not get their motion to dismiss granted. If this judge grants it, it'll be by the skin of little girl lawyer's teeth and only because Greer is marginally a worse arguer than she is.
