After watching that video a few times, I'm convinced that if someone stabbed Russell, thousands of rats would just come pouring out. Explains the rat-like face, his strange inhuman gait, and also his weird, almost human but not quite, thought processes. Dude is just a skin sack full of rats, trying to pretend to be a human being. No I will not accept any evidence to the contrary, thank you.

Moebius is far, far more than just a jaw deformity. His entire body is different.

The specifics are very individual though so its hard to say what specifically but clubfoot or clubfeet are extremely common. So is limb stiffness and weak muscle tone.
 
People have probably already said this a thousand times by now, but couldn't he have put all the money he's wasted on litigation into plastic surgery and gotten pussy the normal way?

His parents attempted to get corrective surgery for him when he was younger. It didn't work.

His disability is caused by problems with cranial nerves. You can't just surgically install some nerves to fix the problem. If you look up Moebius Syndrome surgical results, the results still look kind of wonky. He would always look like something was off with him.

Also, just like his fellow incels, it is not his appearance that's causing him to be overwhelmingly repellant - it's his personality. You can't get personality surgery. Other people with Moebius Syndrome have been able to find relationships and get married.

It's not about cosmetic surgery, it's about missing nerves in his face. No cosmetic surgeon can fix that shit. So in your second picture he wouldn't be able to open his mouth at all. I believe from the lore that his parents did spend a lot of money on surgeries when he was a child to try to fix him as much as possible.
