No, but left leaning women do tend to put gay men/trannies into a seperate category than man OR woman. They're special, and sassy. They can have the benefit of misogyny with the victimhood of gay combined. Or at least that's what my mom thinks when watching RuPauls drag race. I hope this judge is decent.

I just realized this is 10 days before LFJ's response deadline, June 22. That's a little weird, maybe the court wants to talk about the subpoenas before receiving a response. If it did, then issuing them first is also weird, but the docket doesn't show Null has formally challenged them to cause a conflict needing resolution.

Adam West's humble kiwi rant.
It's so surreal to me, I've been lurking since 2016-2017. I got in trouble for checking the Steven paddock thread from the school computer. Started watching MATI religiously during the mumkey saga. Started posting. I remember the more innocent days of people like Pad. I remember when the biggest issue was Yaniv and to see him powerless is genuinely surreal. We look at the average kiwi, a holdout from the old Internet, quarantined to a forum in the middle of nowhere. He is a factory worker, a farmer, a storekeeper, a father, a brother, a son, a mere man. A man fighting against genuinely evil people. People with resources that we're too moral to even consider. People with expendable income, to burn, just to hurt us, because he rightfully call this freakish man in a dress a man.
Despite being just a man, we are such a tangible threat to their existence, that we, the humble kiwi, occupy their mind 24/7, without fail. For the humble kiwi has something these demonic freaks do not, and it is UNITY. These absolute demons, are incapable of stabbing one another in the back, the moment a Google doc or a tweet goes up, decrying one problematic.
The kiwi has unity. And this unity is what gives us the strength, to fight.
God bless America, and God bless the Sneed-clave.

NGL its not great. However, something worth considering is she is the District Judge who is not the Magistrate Judge. This case doesn't seem to have been assigned to a Magistrate Judge yet. The Magistrate Judge will likely be the one deciding most everything so it is unknown. I suppose theoretically district judges can decided to just try a case like this but nearly always they send it to a Magistrate Judge who handles everything for them and extremely big decisions in the case have to done by the District Judge.
Pray for a decent Magistrate Judge.
