I don't know why but this one in particular makes my blood boil. The easiest option for Rumble is effectively to put him on 'gardening leave' of sorts - they basically let the contract lapse and do the minimum promotion required under the contract. It's only a couple of months.

They have been incentivised to promote Jer as much as possible to extract the maximum value from their payments to him. He is now a liability, so removing him from ads or favourable promotion (eg the shorts page mentioned) makes sense. It all depends on what Rumble is required to do under the contract - think back to how specific the Daily Wire was when negotiating with Steven Crowder.

Conversely, terminating the contract or being at risk of breaching it causes more headaches, both with Jer specifically and other creators who may question Rumble's commitment.

I decided I had to go into the livestream and find the moment Quartering reveals the flag email so I could witness it as it happened.

You want to know why he was pulling up his emails on stream? One of his actual fans was "sperging" out in the chat because Quartering wouldn't give him a refund after he bought the coffee and didn't like it. Jeremy in the midst of the grift at one point was telling everyone "try my coffee you'll love it and if not I'll give your money back." So of course this was something Jeremy just said and never actually intended to do so when people contacted him for refunds he just told them "oh sorry that only applies to orders off the website not Amazon" even though he'd been pushing people to order off Amazon for a year at this point. So I'm sure most people just fucked off and accepted they weren't getting their $20 back but this guy has been "sperging out" for a while now just stubbornly demanding a refund while Quartering attempted to stonewall. So finally Quartering breaks down and decides he's going to refund this guy live on stream just to shut him up since he can't really afford to be losing any more viewers and when he puts in the email url that's when the forbidden knowledge pops up on stream.

It all really comes together nicely doesn't it? Jeremy's greed, the coffee shilling, the shameless lies, the scamming of his audience, the seething, the gaslighting on Twitter, and his cowardly flaggot gay-ops all merge into the one moment where he definitively ends his career. You really can't write a better ending.
