He’s lodging these complaints before even viewing these apartments. So these owners/administrators aren’t discriminating because he’s trans, they’re denying him because he can’t show proof of Rexy’s service dog status. I can’t see how he has a leg to stand on. Surely the CHRT can see all these complaints rolling in and realise he’s a vexatious litigant or at least a high-frequency litigant, and tell him to fuck off.

I would have also thought it common practice to google the name of anyone applying to rent an apartment, just like it’s common practice for rental agents to ask for personal and financial references. I would expect he’d fail on every account.

Yaniv had multiple CHRT complaints against them already, and will have already lodged another after this article. From memory they have a GFM of some sort for a fighting fund against him.

I think maybe he is claiming that he has murdered indigenous women and caused many to go missing. That is why he claims to be metis now, he ate the flesh of some poor metis woman he killed. He thinks of it like a Highlander thing, if he eats the flesh of a woman he gains her identity.

It’s pretty fucking hilarious that landlords are trying to get the word out but hopefully they all keep a paper trail of the irreproachable reasons Jonny isn’t rented to, like his bad credit and criminal record and lack of employment/income.

all three are relevant; but outside the fucker not paying rent because he is a deadbeat, landlords have an obligation to the other existing tenants.

Under the BC Residential Tenancy Act, a landlord has a legal obligation to provide all tenants with "quiet enjoyment"and a safe environment
