This character is from a CHINK gachashit "game" called Girls Frontline. As it turns out, that community has its own equal share of fetishists (@GethN7, one of KF's old members who are into this "game"). The character in question is called M700, the same M700 Chey-Tac Intervention that she is holding. She's portrayed as the petite, loli look, with some calling her daughter, and others lusting over her.

I'm just convinced at this point. GFL fans are some form of deranged.
