Simple, they consider ALL foreigners to be buffoons without manners and treat it as normal behavior. "They are foreigners, they can't help it." This has come to bite them. Not only did Asia realize that foreigners know manners, they realized that they were the butt of the joke by acting like a safe space to be an ass. The internet cleared that misunderstanding.

The thing is that Japan HAS some tolerance towards "unusual" behavior. Sleeping in transit, wearing cosplay in public etc etc. They are taught not to react to things lest they disrupt public order. Foreigners took advantage of that and here is the result.

Deterrents only work on people who are capable of thinking ahead about what the consequences of their actions might be. Niggers are too low IQ to conceptualize the future like this, it's like the inverse of the "How would you feel if you hadn't had breakfast?" question. Watch some police bodycam videos on Youtube, they are always genuinely confused and surprised about being arrested for doing something blatantly illegal.

It's not a matter of how harsh of a punishment you come up with because it literally never enters their mind before they chimp out, like we have the death penalty in the US and that doesn't make any difference in their behavior whatsoever.

I do agree with everything you say, but I think punishment can work on them if it's graphic and public enough, and repeated with enough frequency that their nigger brains can't forget it.

If we lynched niggers every time they murder someone or rape a White woman, and broadcast it on national television, once we got over the initial period of indignation and rioting (met with brutal crackdowns), they'd settle down into sullen submission, like they did before Jim Crow was shut down.

Then again, one wonders why go through so much trouble when sterilizing them and/or shipping them back to Africa would be cheaper in the long run.

It is a culture that likes to avoid drama. Conformity and not standing out are very important. That is why you see molestation in trains. Perverts (foreign or domestic) take advantage of said rules to act with impunity.
 
His sentence was extended lmao. Misleading title. Johnny Nigger Somali appealed his sentence, and so did the prosecutor. The appeal process always takes longer than 6 months. He will be held in a detention center that is known to be worse than prison with labor while he waits, with a longer sentence likely waiting for him.

Not yet, it's still only visa-free Transit for US citizens meaning you have to have outbound tickets in hand and fly into and out of China to different countries (Hong Kong counts as a seperate country for Chinese immigration), most people do US-Tokyo-China-US as the most cost effective option.
