Who wants to bet he will try to sue the HRT at the HRT, or the CRT (Civil Resolution Tribunal, another type of Civil kangaroo court in the BC "Justice" system)?

The Leaf's in BC really seem to love their tribunals. I expect they will eventually implement the Civil Tribunal Appeals Tribunal, where you have three tribunals that decide appeals from lower tribunals. It works on a majority system, you have to win at least 2 of 3 tribunals to win the overall appeal.

I assume this isn't your big news since it's from the BCHRT but it's still excellent news, and proves once and for all what we always knew: Rexy isn't and never was a 'service dog', he's Trooniv's proxy and lawsuit magnet.

Now anyone who stops him letting him get off on taking that mutt where no one else can bring a dog (sadly, I bet he gets away with it a lot of the time) and he threatens to take them to the BCHRT will have nothing to fear. Every current and any future case of discrimination Trooniv brings related to his long-suffering pooch will be dismissed or lost by pointing to this ruling by the BCHRT.

As a person who has to share the same city's air as this waste of life, this makes me immensely happy. I just hope the freak dosen't take it out on poor Rexy.

Since the BCHRT is not a type of court that would be recognized by any government in the US I don't think domestication of any judgement would be possible.

One couldn't likely travel to BC-LeafLand with a pending judgement against them, but, honestly, why would anyone want to?
