Seriously, some time in December? There's literally no discovery to be had. I think the court is just fucking around and delaying it and keeping causes of action around that nobody even really gives a fuck about so there isn't a final appealable judgment.

I suppose Hardin could do an end run around this and dismiss the bullshit nobody even cares about and make the judgment final and get straight to the appeal on the bodycam shit. I kind of hope he does, but hey, it's his own case.

Sadly not unexpected. When the courts balldoguard so hard that they time travel to fix a "mistake" you know what their intent is.
Short of a constitutional challenge of Minnesota case law it was highly unlikely a court would reverse the decision.

I still think its bullshit. The footage was submitted as intended, and they fixed it after the fact by claiming it was a "mistake".
But with the court cooperating in the charade its impossible to win.

Nobody can really blame Hardin (and null) for being confident going in. They expected to be playing checkers since the sign outside said "Checkers Night", but the courts were actually busy playing hide and seek and footsies under the table with a coke skeleton.

If this analogy doesn't make sense neither does this situation on its face unless you realize small town politics are viciously tight-knit and corrupt.
 
Surely Rackets will crack open the good brandy for this win tonight! This will certainly invalidate the police report, the guilty plea, and the daughter’s positive cocaine test!
 
Congratulations to Nick Rekieta for living in a corrupt third world shithole like Minnesota, if he lived literally 100 miles east in a real state like Wisconsin we would have the bodycam already. But instead because Minnesotans love hand shoveling rice and bananas into their fat gullets, the state keeps body cam footage under strict lock and key. Imagine the terrabytes of anti-white racial horrors sitting on those hard drives across the hundreds of police departments in Minnesota. If the corruption and rot extended far enough out to protect Rekieta who knows what other preposterously ghastly sights await on the body cams of Minnesota police officers. Its probably enough material to completely destroy any past, present, or future civil rights/social justice movement. A modern "King in yellow" could be created, a compilation of niggardy so potent it can drive anyone to madness, conservatives it whips into a murderous racial rage only quenched by the sight of nigger blood. Liberals it renders schizophrenic and catatonic as the foundation of their entire worldview is wrought asunder in a 10 minute youtube video.

Well anyways, at least an innocent man didn't have his privacy invaded.

I think the people who kept track are already over it.
We had the description from people who watched it, so everything we expected was already confirmed.

The house was a dumpster, 3 adults unable to keep a house clean, kids living in filth.
Nick lied, as usual, and the description of the viewed footage confirmed it.
