If you're counting Land of the Dead in that you can get fucked because not only do I love that movie but me and my friends actually road tripped out to Toronto to be extras in that movie when I was 16.
I also got to find out what "holding" is in movie making and it fucking sucks.
I meant Diary, Survival and Island of the Dead, but Land was shit compared to his previous work too.

Literally 1500 years removed from the fall of Rome and any Judeo-Christian influence to do with it, on an island which was never part of the Roman Empire no less, dumbass. So before we even begin talking about Roman infanticide & other atrocities, how about you tell me about - let's say - the decidedly non-Christian Comanche's mass murdering, raping, slaving and babykilling ways on the other side of the Atlantic and how that reflects on non-Christianity first? That's got about as much to do with the topic at hand as your babble above.
My point is that if someone were to make these at the 7th or 8th common era, it will be deemed mad heresy, and everyone involved in them will be dragged out, tortured, raped and executed.

They want this sort of proto-woke monstrosity instead.
How dare people have different artystyles in different eras. Also not only did the early Christian church have no problem depicting nudity where it made sense and wasn't gratuitous, like so...

But the Christian Church of the 7-8th centuries was literally having a big fight over whether art & religion were compatible. And the pro-art side (iconodules) won decisively over the art-hating side in the end. Thanks yet again for exposing more of your ignorance of real history.
Snip a lot more retarded faggotry
Well God damn, now I truly see how accurate Welper was at describing you as this hopeless Euro gooner. Nigger I was there for Gamergate, I don't like DEI and the enshittification of video games and female characters being hit with the ugly stick either, and I don't approve of ridiculous puritanism applied to vidya whether it's being pushed by Jack Thompson (who isn't even a Republican anymore BTW, he quit over Trump apparently) or Hillary Clinton & Tipper Gore - but this is just retarded. You sound like @Fatpacks but 1) unironic and 2) unhealthily obsessed with not even video games generally, but the bangability of female characters in said games in particular, to the extent that the anti-GG fags claimed the Gamergate camp was, which is terribly fucking pathetic. I hate to say it but maybe you need to go touch some grass for a few minutes, man.

Also I know you're beyond help already, but to judge Christianity & Communism to be basically the same based on their fruits - to even think that the pre-industrial religion producing the likes of Romanesque & Gothic cathedrals is on the same debased level as the industrial ideology notorious for its brutalist architecture which is ugly as sin - that's a pretty rare new level of history-related idiocy.
SCOTUS RELEASED LOUISIANA V. CALLAIS DECISION, 6-3 NO NIG DISTRICTS! GUESS WHO DISSENTED!

That sounds a lot like something inorganic, that spread initially through these groups to neutralize with bullshit anyone who might potentially be a threat. You market it with one brand name for one group that tests well for that group, and a different name for the other group, knowing full well that these two groups don't really like each other and you really don't want them finding commonality anyway.
Oh the whole thing is absolutely artificial. No question. It's been a scam from the beginning -- there's a bunch of scammy "gurus" selling books and giving lectures on this stupidity, encouraging assholes to ruin their lives with legal retardation and taking their money before they go. It's very cynically tuned for the two demographics who are most susceptible to it -- dumbass gullible white-hating criminal niggers and dumbass gullible government-hating white libertarians.

The worst thing about the sovcit scam, and by far its most insidious element, is how it's built on "half-right" ideas and tries to tie itself to very important and valuable valid ideas. The fuckers pushing it know they're blurring some important lines and muddying already-treacherous waters but they don't give a shit.

When I say "half right," I mean the general concepts of "where you are traveling is none of the government's business" and "being pulled over for a simple traffic infraction is not a justification for an hours-long fishing expedition searching your car and interrogating you looking for crimes to prosecute." You don't have to tell a cop where you're headed (or coming from) when he asks during a traffic stop, and he can't treat your refusal to answer questions like that as an excuse to arrest you or search you or your car. Unfortunately, these gurus poison their dumbass patrons' minds and the very carefully-executed preservation and exercise of your rights becomes "NO I AIN'T HAFTA GIVE YOU MAH ID, PIG!"

So as you sit there at roadside, politely and quietly handing your DL, insurance card and registration to an officer, and he asks "where you headed?" and you say "no thanks," he automatically thinks you're a sovcit (and will call for backup, every fucking time), and will treat you accordingly. "What do you mean, 'no thanks?'" "I mean I'm invoking my fifth amendment right to refuse to answer that question." "Oh, you're one of those..."

This makes it much harder to protect yourself because now they're downright eager to fuck with you. Didja know you don't have to leave your car open and unlocked when you're ordered to exit your vehicle? By all means, if you're ordered out, immediately acknowledge the order, then shut down the engine, remove the keys from the ignition (and keep them -- don't offer them to the officers), unbuckle your seat belt and exit the car. But also roll up the window all the way and lock the fucking door before you personally close it. Leaving the door open allows a partial "incidental search in plain sight." No need to make it easier for them to screw with you. "Oh you don't need to roll up the window/shut/lock the door, sir." "I'm exiting the car as ordered and without delay, but I don't consent to any search, officer. I'm securing my vehicle against intrusion and theft."

There's nothing illegal about any of your actions or words here, but boy howdy does it ever fucking piss them off. If you actually reach this point during a traffic stop, you should just assume you're going to jail. It's not right, it's likely even illegal, but such is the way of the world -- you do not say "no" to authority without consequence. The goal is to make the court battle that follows winnable (and ideally set you up for a juicy settlement later too), not to end the stop immediately and make them leave. Though if you actually are clean, they'll usually just inconvenience you then cut you loose. That's a crucial detail too: you have to actually be innocent for all this stuff to really matter. If you're drunk, and there's an open bottle of booze in the center console, you're fucked. If your car's loaded down with ten kilos of cocaine, you're fucked. To actually win the "ghetto lottery" like so many sovcits want to, you actually have to be innocent in the first place and the state has to actually be wrong and guilty of infringing on your rights for no even remotely good reason.

And of course the gurus also fail to teach their dupes the other most important lesson of defending yourself and preserving rights during police encounters, which is you can only use polite words uttered in calm tones to assert your rights, but you cannot physically resist, fight, interfere, or do literally anything to stop the fuckers when they decide "nah, fuck your rights anyway" and proceed with whatever they want to do. If you're ordered out of your car, you must exit your car, no exceptions. Holing up just gives them cause to smash your windows and pull you out by force (and justifies an arrest). If you're out, and your car's locked up tight, and they decide they're going to search it, you're not compelled by law to hand them the keys or unlock it, but of course that just means they'll smash the window and go in that way instead. You can't go hands-on to keep them out of your car or your wallet. It sucks, but you cannot physically stop the state from violating your rights. You can only politely say "don't. Stop. Come back." loud and clearly enough that it shows up on their own bodycams when you sue them later for a giant sack of money.

Cops do (usually) have a reasonably good sense they've fucked up though once they're halfway through searching your car, have found nothing, and you've just been politely and calmly standing/leaning against their squad car saying nothing and smiling politely (obviously Afroman is a good illustration of an exception -- those stupid cops should have quit long before they did). Sovcits mouth off and get violent fast. Educated citizens clam up, and that scares the shit out of the police, especially once they realize "oh shit, dude's clean, no record, clean license, car's legit, insurance is valid, license is valid, he's got a valid concealed carry permit, his car's clean, and he's sober as a stone."

Sovcits and moors never stay quiet long enough to let the cops get to that point. You'd think the gurus would teach their marks that little detail; it'd make them seem less crazy on all the videos and a bit more sympathetic. It speaks to the pure stupidity the gurus are playing to that these dumbasses keep falling for this shit despite the endless flood of videos proving it doesn't work. They present it as a set of "magic incantations" they can cast to banish the police devil, not as an actual legal defense of any kind. You can watch the dullards' minds explode in real time during their entertaining arrests, as they keep casting the spells over and over and freak out because they're not working.

This doesn't overturn VRA, just narrows it down.

Also it's not like they can draw new districts for 2026 now.
I don't think this can change maps for the election six months from now which makes the stakes even that much higher.
There was something about Mississippi getting ready to redistrict ahead of a decision like this for the midterms, so that might happen at least.
(Too lazy to find the source, I'm phoneposting)

I don't see why it couldn't. The Golden Mile is to ask for clarification about existing now unconstitutional districts and if they CAN be redrawn. It's optimistic, but 6-3..
Typically in cases this close to an election the courts leave the maps as they are while the case plays out. The LA district this case is about was immediately challenged and that led to today's decision but they had to let it exist while it played out. Expect years of more court to redraw every district this undoes.
