Jim was such the hero of the day that he could not not shut up about this suit. It didn't help that someone, I'm gonna assume Jackie with no evidence, decided to add mentions of Kash onto Jim's gofundme to bring in more dollariedoos. There's something very cathartic about a ridiculous asshole like Jim's smugness coming back to bite him on his shriveled ass.
I didn't feel much like reading the rest of Kash's stuff because I can safely bet that they lay out the reasonable argument that Jim doesn't get another bite at the apple years after he completely ignored the first suit which he had full knowledge of happening. This is so unbelievably close to a Greer argument that if the jackass had put "he thus SINCERELY believed that he was not required to appear" there's a real chance I would've just left this thread for good. The argument doesn't even make sense because he has repeatidly talked about the case before the judgement and if he was not watching the docket, and I mean what the fuck else does he have to do, then I can bet that a bunch of people who have not taken the #Stewpill were bullying him with updates. The court accepted the service as legitimate and Jim's grand plan is to wait it out for literal years until Kash finally gets off of his bug eyed ass to claim his judgment only for Jim to go "Nu-uh!"? AND RIGHT BELOW THAT!
The whole thing, again, reads to me like a better written Greer argument and makes me somehow even more against Jim. "He would've fully complied and blown kisses if he had been personally served, ya honah!" The word "personally" that they used is what I think they're gonna hinge their big argument on because he wasn't "personally" served. I fully believe that Jim acknowledged Flynn's suit for a few reasons:
Jim published a video of himself on May 6th of 2023 burning his hand delivered C&D from Flynn which completely and undeniably doxed his address. There's no way that he can deny that service went to the wrong address when he publicly doxed himself in such resplendently retarded fashion.
Flynn has been Jim's end game since 2020. Him ignoring the one person that matters to him more than his own family would be tantamount to betrayal to the cause...the cause being Jim invented ARGs and Nazi Christian Knights with ties to Russia are corrupting ARGs...
Flynn's suit came about a month before Kash's, May 3rd for Flynn and June 5th for Kash, and slaying two dragons is, like, hard riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight?

Maybe, just maybe they were forced accept Kash's allegations because they had determined that Jim had full knowledge of the goings on and was willfully not participating. Here I, retard, get very confused with their legal argument. Here they, assholes, lay out that that the courts recognize that the burden of proof for minimum contact is with the defendant.
They then follow up with "But what if we didn't?"
I know I make jokes about "hurdeehur I'm just dumbass" but there is a lot that I don't understand and I'm really struggling with this. Are they trying to over turn the way the courts work after the fact and are using a paper some guy wrote for the University of Chicago's law school?
Am I missing something? Is this as relevant or useful as actual case law or precedent? It seems to me like this the legal equivalent of going to someone's Medium of blog.

It wasn't contested because Jim didn't know about it. He did. It wasn't contested because Kash pulled a Melinda Scott and lied about properly serving someone in a way that was easily disproven. Maybe there's some sort of legal minutiae that stipulates that Jim can't actually say he wasn't served until he's been super mega ruled as defaulted. None of that excuses that Jim fucking knew about the 2023 default BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE KASSANDRASEVEN GODDAMNED BULLIED HIM ABOUT IT!

tbf I don't think Kash had even done anything with Jim's default judgement until last year which is when Jim finally acknowledged it in the courts, leaving us where we're at right now.
