In the contest of who is the dumbest cunt in this case, Frogan was won hands-down. Plus she's fat. I look forward to the uncloaking of the rest of the redditors too.
To make it clear so people do not overreact, this means nothing at this point in time.
It is hilarious, but usually in case of a default if Frogan objects (or file a notice to set aside? however it is called), she will likely get a chance to rewind the clock and get a chance to defend herself anyway.
Judges do not like to make people lose in court without a chance to defend themselves, in particular if a lawyer hired and paid for by them fails to do their job.
But, at this point in time, Frogan has not defended herself and lost by default.

If Ethan's lawyer's descriptions are accurate, Frogan is going to have to throw her lawyer directly under the bus, without mercy. It doesn't read like a single mistake, an emergency, or anything generally excusable stopping him. Her lawyer missed 3 deadlines in a row, then Rom even waited an extra week before filing for default.

I honestly don't really think Ethan wanted money out of this -- he wanted an apology and some recognition that he was right (at least in some capacity).
There is a world where now she's testing Ethan. He probably made a million statements in negotiations that he isnt actually in it for the money, etc., he would take an apology and whatever is left of what was crowdfunded and it would go away.
And, really, what does Ethan do next? Can't garnish her wages, she doesn't work. No property to put a lien on. Levy bank account? We'll she isnt going to assist with that, probably hides whatever assets she has, and he will have to subpoena her for information. Which she wont comply with, and then get another default judgment against her. The list goes on and on.
All the while she will cry to the internet about the Jew, who probably doesnt have it in him to go to these lengths (especially after how he softened his stance against iDubbbz in his last podcast discussion).
The lingering default judgment would fuck up her financial life if she was ever going to act like a real adult (e.g. try for a mortgage). But she won't. She will linger on the fringe of productive society all her life and collect welfare and benefits probably at the end of the day. And after all, what's more pathetic than that?
What kills me is that this is not even a bolt from the blue shenanigans filing by Kleins lawyers. They wrote in red text that they intended to pursue litigation and that a response was needed by May 11. And they still waited an entire week before filing for default. So Frogan has a hard fucking challenge here to argue why she shouldn't be held in default. Not saying she won't figure out how to get out of it. But getting out of it is almost certainly going to cost way more money then what it would have cost to just do the goy shuffle and hand over the crowd funding bag.
Ethan Klein has filed a motion requesting default judgement against Frogan.

The idea of Ethen being such a malicious Jew that he sends her a 10 dollar superchat because he know he'll just get it back when twitch/youtube has to payout is very funny.
This is just a guess, but I wonder if Frogan is doing this on purpose because she would rather take the default judgement than make an apology video or fight it. I'm not saying that's smart, but this is beyond incompetence at this point, it seems intentional.
