Apparently he's some Korean furry who wants people to roleplay specific fetishes with him (usually involving Pokemon) and tries to blackmail furry communities into drawing art for them else he spams them. There was a time when he decided to spam entire 8chan with some Yooka Layle foot fetish question. Most handled it like a regular case of spam, except /pol/ who believed this was all about them because somebody of them posted the truth™ so somebody tried to spam it off.
I guess Blumiere didn't lie about taking time to reconsider things. I just wonder if his philosophical thought will peak at that or he got more obvious realisations on his mind.

Bui was an infamous 8channer who was not only responsible for flooding /furry/ numerous times with requests to lick his paws and erp on skype, but was also a script kiddie who was responsible for both making 8chan implement the 24 hour captchas, and for helping find out that Hola VPN was using your bandwidth as an exit node without your permission. At one point he flooded all the boards with spam, to the point where he actually managed to slow down discussion on /pol/, something even the "jidf sliding shills" couldn't even do.
He was also IIRC the admin/owner of yiff.party, to the point where he took some pics down because another Japanese artist was threatening him.
Before the 8chan spam however, he made a name for himself as /vp/'s pet lolcow, spamming the board with eeveelution and goodra porn, and also wanting people to typefuck with him.
There were a lot of theories about who he actually was, but the main ones I was hearing when I left that site is that he was a Japanese furry, who allegedly was also a semi-popular Pokemon porn artist with the username itameshi, however there are also those who say that in fact Bui stole his alias to throw people off.
