Soha can be seen tweeting at Chelsea as far back as at least April 2013, and would go on to support Chelsea during the wizardchan-Depression Quest drama.
Soha also supported Chelsea in 2014 when Chelsea caused the scandal that became dubbed Gamergate after admitting she had been lying and cheating on Eron Gjoni with at least five different guys including a games journalist who had wrote articles about Chelsea without disclosure of their friendship/relationship. Soha's initial response seems to have been handwaving of Chelsea's abusive behavior.

I'm not sure what exactly happened between them, but Soha and Chelsea seem to have stopped tweeting at each other in December 2014. It was perhaps fatigue over Gamergate continuing for months as Chelsea nailed herself to the cross, as an ex-boyfriend described it, and Soha would later start airing her annoyance with what she dubbed "Gamergate activists," referring to people like Jake Alley and the other anti-Gamergaters that had dedicated themselves to screeching about Gamergate.
When a member of the CON chat group leaked an early draft of Chelsea's book they said that the chat group had "most of the time" been
"focused on attacking people that Zoe didn't like, including former allies that had earned Zoe's ire." Jake himself said in his own zoepost that he and the chat group had been "encouraged" by Chelsea to "pick a fight with a former romantic rival that largely turned ugly and [Chelsea] was actively looking to shift the blame onto anyone else, making [Jake] something of a scapegoat." While we don't know if Jake was referring to Soha as the "romantic rival" of Chelsea, it seems probable since they both were in Toronto and Soha seems to be the only one I have seen get targeted by the CON group that could fit that description.
Whether the "romantic rival" that Chelsea made the CON group attack actually refers to Soha or not doesn't really matter, because we can see that Jake and the CON clique did go after Soha, repeatedly. Something new I didn't catch last time was that all of Soha's tweets were being almost immediately archived for several months back in 2015, usually within minutes of her making them but sometimes within seconds, which fits the MO of the CON group as they did that to other targets.
In addition to Soha, there are a couple other people that were friends with Soha and part of altgames who Jake ended up attacking, namely Gita Jackson and Applecidermage. On March 11th, 2015, we can see rumblings of the AllyZone feud that would erupt in April 2015 as Gita complained that Gamergate had made it impossible to criticize intra-group "allies."

The CON/anti-GG feud with Soha and altgames looks to have had its first skirmish in March 2015, when Chelsea made an article about altgames being "punk" on BoingBoing, and Chelsea doesn't seem to have mentioned Soha at all.

This article led to fighting on social media over altgames and whether it was really "punk," whether people were "gatekeeping" and who was allowed to label themselves altgames, drama over people declaring they were altgames before the article came out, arguments over indie games vs. altgames, people erroneously believed Chelsea had created the altgames movement, and people were raging about "cis white dudes" daring to comment about it.
If Soha did have a falling out with Chelsea months prior as it seems, you can easily see why Soha would be quite annoyed that Chelsea had caused drama involving something Soha cared about.

When Jake woke up on September 7th he acted bewildered that a "weirdly large number of people" were dismissing his tweets because of his grudge with Soha and he told some lies in an attempt at damage control. While Jake's lies were exposed by a multitude of people, one of the more satisfying call outs comes from Katherine Cross, who in addition to being part of Chelsea's anti-Gamergate and Crash Override Network chat groups, was neck-deep in the Soha drama and has been accused by both James Corbett and Aaron Simpson of throwing them under the bus to placate Soha. Cross was one of Jake's closest 'friends' and had been on a panel with Jake at GaymerX and had posted a Gamasutra article about his Massive vs. masses game after they met up at GenCon 2016. On September 16th, Jake mixed his harassment of Soha alongside his harassment of another woman. In September 2017, a 60-year-old British woman had been assaulted by two 20-something men, the assault was recorded and the one who physically attacked her was found guilty in court. Jake has been harassing and lying about the victim for the past year and has tried to say the 5'5" tall 60-year-old woman is a "violent" and "burly thug," a "brute," and a "beast," while claiming she just came out of nowhere and started "savagely beating" the man who was convicted of assaulting her. Why Jake is lying about this, or why he lies about anything and everything, is unknown, but he may have been trying to get Twitter fame in this case.
After lying about that woman, Jake started whining again that he had been outed for making "false allegations" and people had been "quite vocal" that nobody should be retweeting him. On September 20th, Jake repeated another lie from Rebecca Gerber and unironically claimed people had been 'stalking' him for "5 years" because both of them apparently can't even remember when Gamergate started nor can Jake recall when he made his own account. He further lies and says these fictional people have been using Jake's Kiwi Farms thread as a source for these "5 years," at the time of the tweet his thread was a few weeks past the two year anniversary, as it was made on September 1st, 2016, following Jake's exposure as a shitty person in the Crash Override Network Skype leaks of August 2016.
Weeks after the lie that started it all, Jake is still going and has even been escalating, he has continued to complain about Soha and the people who called him out (on September 19th, Jake went back and blocked everyone who had confronted him or warned others about his lies and grudge, with Katherine Cross being spared the block) including continuing to obsess over the Game Workers' Union account and make up conspiracy theories as to why they disavowed his lies, as well as still falsely accusing Soha of having an "anti-trans blocklist."
Even with someone as close to him as Katherine Cross admitting Jake had a grudge, and Jake being told in 2015 and again directly told in 2018 that Soha does not have any blocklist and that anyone claiming so is a liar, Jake has continued endlessly doubling down on his lies and conspiracy theories about Soha and keeps desperately quote tweeting his "Two nights ago" chain on a near daily basis and considering he has been harassing and attacking Soha for over three years now, it is likely he will not stop any time soon.
