Personally living off $18,000 yearly while studying, it's incredibly easy for me and always leaves me with $500 extra from month to month, then again I live a rather spartan lifestyle, it could take months before I spend more than $100 on things other than essentials

How long can Chris' ebay survive the negatives? Its at 88% now.
The bigger question is, how quick will he be to react to it hopefully getting shut down relative to his reacting to losing patrons? I want to see a huge meltdown where he blames trolls for destroying his ebay and putting him on the streets (and sabotaging his orders by stressing him out).

Not sure why people are insisting you can't live off 36k. Maybe in big urban centers that's true, but in most places it is totally doable. I had my own apartment and supported myself easily with 40k in my early 20's. And I didn't feel remotely poor.

The return of Chris's wish list.

The list so far:

"My mother and I are struggling to meet ends meet, we might not have enough money to make it through the next couple of weeks, and I'm being sued for my debt for a second time, but please buy me this 90 DOLLAR JACKET or these other expensive toys for Christmas."

Jesus, it's back indeed and back with a vengeance. I wondered why he didn't post one last year. Also I think this might warrant its own thread.

I looked at the wishlist again, and it's been emptied out. I'm guessing it's the same as last time, when people hit "Buying this gift elsewhere?" to troll Chris into thinking he's getting gifts.

So if anyone sees Chris update the wishlist again, try to screencap it before the wééns nuke it.

I don't know. I think the subject of Chris begging for toys is similar enough to him begging for money.

:late:List is empty now as far as I can see.

The start of October is as good a time as any to consider updating the winter wardrobe but Chris has to rely on his sub/unconscious to tell him to do this via a dream.

The jacket is such an eccentric choice as well, being women's but also work-wear for factory floor or construction site. Perhaps that fits in with an outdated rugged Lesbian stereotype.

He's such an entitled douchebag. Most e-beggars are at least like "if you enjoy [the thing I'm actually making instead of just promising to make], consider donating to my Patreon" or whatever. You know, polite, and for the most part are producing SOMETHING, even if it's just shitty Youtube videos or something.

Chris is just like "HEY SO I WANT THIS, IF Y'ALL DON'T MIND, BUY IT FOR ME", while producing nothing.

I don't think it matters. Kindly begging (aka. lying) or being honest, it doesn't change the fact what the intention of e-beggers are.
It is hilarious seeing people on youtube like Chibi Reviews crying on screen for not having enough money to efford food, while in the background he has a bookshelf full of manga, anime DVDs, figurines etc which he could sell first. It would be easiely enough to look up for a real job in the meantime.

A shame I can't find that video.

The best time to buy a winter coat is May/June when they go on mega sale.

Chris, you aren't a large. You a 2x. Just admit it.

It's funny how Chris handled that. Last month, he was getting negative feedback for shipping late or products arriving damaged and his rating was at 88%. So he changed his own feedback message to his buyers to add "Please leave positive feedback."

screenshot-feedback.ebay.com 2018-10-02 14-17-36.png

Most of his buyers don't leave feedback at all, so his message did get a few of them to rate him positive, and he climbed back up to 90%.

But then he failed to learn his lesson about shipping on time and proper packaging, so he ended up getting negative feedback for that again and his rating dropped right back to 88%. :story:
