Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Earlier in the thread addressed how 4th Wave now and other blogs were being altered without their knowledge/consent, with the names of certain Trans individuals being redacted by Wordpress. This happened in an article written by Gallusmag explaining what happened

It's long so I snipped out relevant parts as to the future of Gendertrender. Seems unclear though

Don’t use Wordpress?

He's a weird sociopathic perverted sex predator that happens to be trans and uses that as a shield to protect himself and silence others. It's pretty fucked up that people can't recognize that you can both be trans and an awful person at the same time.

This only confirms all this Twitter and WP "incident mode" of deleting accounts and editing entries is not about protecting the power troon minority, but straight up protecting pedos. Press is not far from it, as @Dr. Henry Armitage said before, media outlets are hell bent in humanizing pedos as a means to normalize them, and it's been happening for way too long.

A "publication ban" doesn't mean you can never say the person's name or anything they're doing ever again. What a moron.

Note how the ogre has no actual response to "this person literally still goes by Jonathan Yaniv on Twitter with a blue checkmark," he just switches the argument up. Gish gallop.

The publication ban also doesn't apply to us peasants of the internet.

Morgane Oger has basically been invinceable in British Columbia so his ego is off the charts. He has got away with public behaviour no one else in politics could dream of. From ordering witch hunts on women for thought crime, to defunding a Rape shelter for "transphobia". He's also as frivilously litigious as Yaniv. It's a weird thing they have in common (aside from the business address..Edit: and fugliness, and creepiness, and narcissism etc).

Here's hoping both of them get toppled at the same time.

A quick search for Annette Parkes (Yaniv's supposed editor) brings up this simple website offering website design and development. I can't say for certain whether this Parkes is the same one Yaniv cites, but she is also located in Vancouver.

I notice she has her email listed on her site, but we should probably confirm that she is the correct Annette Parkes before exposing her to evidence of Yaniv's degeneracy. And even if she is the same woman, I don't know if contacting her would have any point, as it's possible she made his website and hasn't had contact with him since. It's just a thought.

No, broslice, it's not violating a publication ban because null's twitter account is not a canadian news outlet.

Ogre keeps repeating this idiotic line. He can't possibly be stupid enough to actually think a Canadian kangaroo court publication ban prevents every human in every country the world over from speaking Yaniv's name like he's fucking Voldemort or some shit.

What the hell is a "publication ban" and why would it apply to anyone in the United States?

It's part of Commonwealth law, or at least, Britain, Australia and Canada have a form of it. If a person's facing court on serious charges, they can apply to have a suppression order issued, which makes it illegal for the media to report a person's name. Most of the time, if it's just something like in the local community, people'll go along with it... but if it's something like pedophilia, well, a person's name could be revealed in Parliament, where it would be protected speech, and a newspaper wouldn't be violating the order by reporting on what was said in Parliament.

And, the power of such an order is fairly limited anyway, since unless we were a Canadian registered media company, that wouldn't apply in any way shape or form.

There is another case going on here in Australia at the moment. A high ranking Australian cardinal was found guilty recently of child sexual abuse, and that's under a publication order here too. They worked decades ago, but the law hasn't caught up with the internet era of today (and it won't). All you have to do is type "Australian cardinal guilty" into a search engine.

Even the newspapers find it stupid. This was the front page of a paper recently:
