"That child molester" as was proposed earlier on in the thread ;)

Obviously I don’t care, but could lead to removal for ‘abusive language’ or libel or something.

I've been emailing lawyers about him and when I get consultation I'll let you guys know. I have the feeling I could crowdfund something against this guy.

I’d toss a few rubles in that direction if it came to that.

Medium has rejected my appeal to reinstate what I wrote (name of Medium staff member redacted for their privacy), but otherwise below is their insistence their judgment sticks and my response:

Very well. I shall abide by Medium's decision.

Now everyone is on the BBC, U jealous white boi?

Yet nobody will risk their careers to get him a real job or promote his stupid website. The guy is universally repulsive.

I have little fear that the guy is going to be able to keep this up forever. Plus it's twitter and a bunch of other stupid attention whore websites that don't matter to anyone except the idiots who use them. You should all do yourselves a favor and add the whole domain to your adblock. If this guy has any actual friends then they're probably fellow peds and they're going down too.

I'm more concerned that he's has molested a bunch of random kids or will do so any minute now. Has anyone notified the police? What about the ferry authorities? His extremely well developed and specific fantasies about 10 year old girls needing tampon help on the ferry are very disturbing.

I think we'd be better off and we'd get more traction treating this as another dangerous pedo vs the internet detective agency than the latest chapter in the dangerhair culture wars. I mean come on we all know this guy is absolutely not trans

Eventually that's what it'll come down to: "he's not trans, he's a pretender!" and then he will be disowned and declared fake. Even though he is an absolute typical autogynephile in almost every way.

Considering his pedophilia seems to be partially manifested as autopedophilia, he's definitely in good company under the trans umbrella, as that shit is common for trans dudes.

He's trans to a goddamn capital T.

I did some research, and I have to say I was initially surprised Yaniv hasn't tried to hit people with libel law more often than I expected, especially since Canadian law is very plaintiff friendly, but some research has led me to believe Yaniv knows that's not a route he wants to go down.

DMCAs and takedown requests don't involve him getting near a court room and are pretty easy to enforce on platforms where hurt feelings trump legal precedents, such as Medium and Wordpress, but trying the libel route would be painful at best, even under Canadian law, because while he doesn't have to prove malice, truth is still a valid defense against such accusations even in Canada, and his own words are very damning evidence against him.

This explains his hollow threats to @Null of lawyers that have never materialized.

American law is very defendant friendly, and Yaniv is quite certainly aware trying to make someone pay under American libel law would be incredibly hard at best, as you DO have to prove malice, and American law gives defendants a far easier chance to prove any malice is coming from the other side, and free speech falls on the defendant's side in nigh all cases.

The only province in Canada that would be remotely possible to enforce a libel judgment on non-Canadians (Americans specifically) anyway would be Quebec, and even then they default to American style rules, which do not work in his favor. Further, the SPEECH act offers several ways to dismantle any case he might try before he even gets anywhere by simply applying his assertions to American standards, where his usual bullshit would be defeated before it got anywhere.

He'd have to pay for that. His strategy relies on his home turf of Canada, which has a fake "human rights" tribunal that any nutjob can use to harass dozens of people and the taxpayers foot the bill for the whole thing.

Low-income plaintiffs can get virtually all of the pre-trial costs waived with little effort. But court records are public, including statements of income.

Canada allows a court to dismiss frivolous cases filed in forma pauperis. Also Canada has loser pays in real court cases, as opposed to fake tribunal cases. Jon doesn't want to end up on the hook for his victims' fees.

(So does the U.S. actually although it's rarely done to non-prisoner litigants, a rare recent exception being a court repeatedly throwing out nonsense cases against @Null by a crazy person.)

I went to pull up that "I got a false DMCA claim" video by that random guy on stream and I saw this

Ironically, the guy in the video said he wasn't going to mention JY's name for the sake of not getting another strike and not wanting to further endanger the future of his channel.

Whew lad

So what's the plan if Null and others get permanently suspended from Twitter and/or Youtube? This is the problem with having so few social media platforms; once they all ban you, where do you go to get the word out? The average person doesn't know what kiwifarms is, and the ones that do tend to think this place is a dark corner of the internet where elite hackers doxx and harass innocent children into suicide, so they don't bother coming here to read anything.

It is being cheered on by people who are just going to fuck themselves over. Hopefully this will get more people to notice, but it isn’t looking likely.

I would suggest contacting the author of that piece and outlets they list that were affected.

@Null what’s the situation with your original stream on YouTube or has Jonathan’s time not ran out to respond to the DMCA?

Knowing how he operates, his lack of US citizenship, and all those factors I really doubt he will actually engage you in a lawsuit, but if it’s going down I’ll throw some cryptosheklz your way.

I’m still in shock at how Twitter is handeling this entire thing because okay sure they’ve made misgendering against their rules or whatever, but you see accounts using they or just their last name getting post removed. According to Yaniv friend Oger the reasoning is that in Canada sites have to respect Canada’s laws (still confused on that).

I don’t see twitter rushing to ban any gay post that might get seen in saudia so if that is their reasoning they obviously only selectively care.

It seems like our only chance to have Yaniv convicted is to have some of his previous victims go to the police, but I understand that has to be so hard for them. ;( this entire situation really makes me sad.

I love Caitlin Johnstone, she's one of the few progressive journalists that isn't afraid to speak out (and she's been banned and censored multiple times before for doing so). She also has a devoted following across all political lines and last I checked, she was earning $3,000 a month from Patreon alone. I think she would be an excellent person to contact and ask her to read this thread.
