His father & (presumably) the other furries he's invited to stay in his home. I say presumably since Gabe's track record of finding paying tenants has been less than stellar (see Part 3 for the Washington Heights Saga)

Deb is also still paying part of the mortgage as well in order to (try) and prevent her credit from being tanked any further but that's a lost cause. The mortgage alone is $3K/m & Gabe isn't exactly the type who strikes me as keeping utility costs low. If there's an HOA fee every month as well that's going to be KILLER.

Actually she was denied for a loan for a 100k custom built mobile house in May 2017. We only qualified for the loan for the real house because I cosigned with my income (which wasn’t much at the time. Just under 5k a year for VIPKid, Wonolo, and some rare filming gigs.)

I talked to a loan dude about the threat to get me evicted and he informed me that i can’t get foreclosed as long as I’m keeping up on my payments. My parents did pay for August 2019 because I was informed about her move out literally 16 days before the mortgage payment was due (and 3 days before I started my jobs at Guitar Center and Kmart)

In fact he said I could qualify for a refinance. But I can’t refinance because my ex doesn’t want to approve it.

She’s paying 300$ a month for the Solar panels. I contacted the Solar company and they said I am not obligated to pay anything since I have no contract with them. I told my ex I’d be glad to take over the payments if she signs the document agreeing to let me refinance.

Yeah. He could. That definitely does not mean he should. He'd wind up paying more in interest than he (or his father & roommates) would save on the bill each month. That is basic budgeting / finance 101. I'd ask if Gabe even graduated from High School but the American education system is such a fucking joke that most schools don't teach this shit. I don't blame Deb for not signing off on that.

That cosign also makes zero fucking sense. For a mortgage that large, he's trying to tell us the difference of 400/mo was enough to convince some slackjaw banker that he alone was the sole reason they could qualify? Especially when Gabe has a history of non-payment? I don't fucking think so. When you buy a house, you're commonly expected (at least around here) to have at least 2 months of the mortgage ready in advance ON TOP OF the downpayment because the banks basically want a cushion in case one or more parties fuck up. It could be different in CA but I highly doubt it. This seems like a rather consistent rule all across the US.

I'm not even going into how ass-fucking-backwards it is that they couldn't qualify for a $100K loan but could qualify for a $358K one with a negligible amount of income change.

It's literally all here. I've gone over this so many times, it's exhausting. He went into the red (his own words) in order to pay for people in his slum apartment then jacked the rent to recoup his losses. And he can't say ThAtS nOt My FaUlT because it literally was. He didn't make anyone sign contracts. Therefore he's liable for payment.
