o what it sounds like she made some official email inquires to get some paperwork to make her little scam seem a bit official?

Do you think she actually managed to enter Germany? I don’t see how on earth that’s possible given the travel restrictions.

I don’t understand the last letter stating “she can’t travel to the USA”. Seems like something that would be said about someone else, not her.

The last letter clearly states she was checked in and diagnosed at that Hospital and in bad shape but the doctor writing it insists that she can't be send back to the US by plane (transatlantic flight) for medical reasons to somebody who's apparently a medical professional himself. It reads like he got specifically asked if she can be sent back.

A common misunderstood thing about Germany here is that we actually don't have universal healthcare like e.g. Canada. It's normal health insurance you actually have to pay for if you legally work. If you're unemployed, disabled etc. the state pays for it but you do have to apply for it or you pay yourself. It's very strongly regulated by the state. Besides edge cases like international students or people working here in specific roles, there's no way for foreigners to get into this mandatory health insurance system, especially not some unemployed slob from some non-EU country. There is sort of an emergency budget though that can be applied to people who somehow fell out of the social net and aren't insured as you can't just let people bleed to death. It only covers a bare minimum emergency treatment though.

The most likely scenario i can imagine if the documents are real is that she got here, got placed at the hospital, got a Kostenvoranschlag after being diagnosed, Travelers insurance said "lolno" to the procedure, Hospital realized nobody is gonna pay for anything and there was an attempt to yeet her back to the US that doctor in the last letter apparently tried to block out of an ethical obligation. It's of course a guess but all I could puzzle together from what is given.

Even under perfect circumstances and eligibility, there's absolutely no way though she would've gotten residency here in such a short time frame let alone health insurance (without job she would've had to pay herself anyways) and I am overwhelmingly sure nobody was assistedly suicide'd. None of the posted documents here state in any way that any surgery actually happened at that hospital.

Don't doctors in Germany also refer euthanasia as "beihilfe zum suizid" since euthanasia is thought of as Nazi thing to do?

"Active aid" (literally putting someone to sleep by e.g. injection) is still illegal. Beihilfe means basically somebody gives you poison letting you know it's poison and you drink it. The legal distinction is you still killed yourself (drank the poison) but somebody helped you by giving you the poison. That's what they established in Switzerland and the Netherlands and is very new here and without much in the way of legal framework (doctors weren't really allowed to do it until a week ago) but I'm overwhelmingly positive they wouldn't put some 26 year old US rando to sleep here.

Imagine having doctors tell you this with a straight face in complete seriousness, zoophiliac furfag or not. "We can't kill you today because the super duper dangerous old people virus is risky" You stick a needle in their arm and hand them a switch, and then they don't have any coof to worry about.
Imaging is all one can do because this never actually happened to her.

Americans can’t just jet on over to Germany for a good old euthanasia session because they were too broke to get their bum ticker fixed stateside.

In fact, Americans can’t fly over to Germany, not for suicide tourism or regular old sight seeing.

Nacho raped and abused her service dog Diamond just like Cupid and Noodle did. There's videos on the surface net of her doing it along with videos of her abusing a German Shepherd belonging to someone she met through Beastforum. From what I've been able to piece together either Noodle or Cupid ratted her out after she called the cops on Noodle for domestic assault and she had to rat them out in turn to keep the cops from taking her dogs. I could be wrong on some of the details because it's a matter of figuring out which zoo is lying the least.

I've been in brief contact with one of the animal control officers involved in her case against Cupid for his abuse against Diamond. They knew what she was doing to Diamond. They looked the other way and let her keep him because nobody fucking cares when women are the perpetrators of sexual assault and rape. They focused on Cupid instead probably with the hopes they could also nail him on grooming and abusing minors. But that fell through and he walked away with only misdemeanor animal abuse charges.

I don't believe she reformed. If she did it was only because her illnesses made her too weak to go doggy style with Fido. You don't keep the dog you groomed and trained into topping you and licking your snatch if you're trying to stave off your urges to rape dogs. You don't get another husky if you're trying to stave off your urges to rape dogs.

Ok but a man can do worse damage with his penis in a dog’s vagina or rectum.
She was a degenerate and deserved jail, but come on

For what it's worth, she made a reddit comment 10 days after her suicide deadline, doesn't exactly mean anything but something to consider...

Reading through her tweets, she claims to have long QT syndrome and sick sinus syndrome, and it sounds like her initial surgery in October was to have an internal pacemaker/defibrillator implanted and then one in January was for a heart catheterization.

Any insurance, especially Medicare and Medicaid, is going to be picky about whether or not a procedure is medically necessary when it comes to what they cover, but I can’t imagine they wouldn’t cover a pacemaker for an issue like that. And if she was on SSI, in many states, she automatically qualified for Medicaid. (Not sure about whether she'd qualify for Medicare or not.)

I also don’t understand the tweet about getting documents about making payments before surgery in the US. You might have to have prior authorization for a procedure, but I can’t think of a situation where you’d pay for it before it happened. I actually think that might be considered fraud. I’m guessing she was sent some paperwork about how to set up a payment plan or something and had no idea what it was.

At any rate, she's definitely an unreliable narrator when it comes to this stuff.

A hospital will never throw you out for lifesaving treatment because that is literally illegal. They HAVE to treat you by law.
For what it’s worth, that law is in regards to emergency care and surgery that can be scheduled for a future date, like this one, is technically not considered an “emergency”. However, I can't imagine that something like a pacemaker for a patient that's been diagnosed with a condition that's known to cause sudden death would have been delayed much by COVID.

As someone with the unfortunate experience of having cardiac issues, the diagnoses here from the German doctor(s) aren't suspect. What is extremely suspect is her claim that her heart stopped multiple times. You heart stopping isn't something like angina that is indicative of more serious issues that can be treated. Cardiac arrest is the culmination of serious cardiac issues, and the vast majority of people who experience it don't survive--even if they are in the hospital when it happens.

Exactly. First of all assisted suicide is intended for medically hopeless cases, like end-stage cancer. Then can you even imagine the legal and PR minefield to allow these services to non-residents?

Do they even specify specific medical condition?

I’m guessing these are doctored. Anyway you can verify this doctor/facility exists? I’m guessing she might have gotten ahold of some actual medical documentation and then just altered it to suit her name and narrative.

I’m good at picking apart faked documents in English, pertaining to American institutions but unfortunately have no German language skills or familiarity with their health care system. It’s a shame because dissecting documents like this is usually fun.

I have a feeling she went with German and Germany because it would have been pretty easy to get called out by fellow Americans for posting fake American medical docs in English. But put up some official looking shit written in German and people will just accept her narrative at face value because they don’t speak German and have no clue how things work there.

ETA: I almost wonder if thanks to Covid she could have convinced some doctors in Germany that she was in their country and needed letters/help. With all the “tele-medicine” and reduction of in-person services it seems like something a craft scammer could pull off if all they were seeking was some letters from doctors. A bit of pity and begging usually works if all you are asking for is some paperwork or a letter recommending something.

I can't remember who doubted she was in Germany but I've got tweets backing up that she was. These should (roughly) be in chronological order from oldest to newest

Mesprit was region-locked in Pokemon Go from what I remember. Could argue that she's spoofing but I doubt it.

Some more medical records I guess

I think the main thing that bothers me is that with how sick she was, I wouldn't think she'd be able to stand / walk around much for the last 2-3 months of her life

That’s what makes me think she probably is alive and she’s just ran off to live in germany off the grid, nobody who is on the verge of death within months can be this active having little weddings and catching pokemon at 3 AM.

I still agree with you but I'm just saying that you can literally play Pokemon Go in bed. Being up at 3 am (if she's really ill) isn't exactly out of the question either.
