COCCA (cocca.org.nz) is a company that manages top-level domains (i.e. .MS) for countries and entities that do not wish or cannot do it by themselves. They represent Montserrat and manage the .MS TLD infrastructure, but ironically come from New Zealand.

The email regarding the imminent termination of kiwifar.ms is attached below.

It's not a lawsuit or anything it doesn't have to be filled out correctly if the subhuman filth of the Invalid and Unrecognized Occupation-State of Montserrat feel the complaint has merit.
