Alice is a vulnerable adult, she stopped growing mentally and physically at around 15. Your logic is like saying just because Chris Chan is in his 30's he can't be taken advantage off. I'm not gonna dig up the whole "ya shouldn't be victim blaming", normally I do side with victims, but I've watched enough IP2 that Alice is mentally ill prepared for some of the stupid shit she gets dragged too. The only person that ever really gave a shit about her as a person was Chicken, but her instability scared him away.

I say this because keep in mind Ralph KNOWS THIS. He's been stalking Alice for years, probably sharing back and forth with the POS Bakedalaska. Ralph specializes in diving headfirst into insecure and mentally unstable women. The only exception is Norah, who he lied through his teeth to get.

The grooming isn’t so much who he is trying to work on, but in how he does it. Guys like him use what ever has worked in the past as they have limited options.( can’t rely on looks or charm) His whole rap had all the creepy groomer earmarks.
