I agree, these factors are often used as excuses because nobody wants to discuss the real cause - physiological differences between races. Look at the demographics that are committing crimes and you have your answer. Well those two, but that problem mostly comes from the US government. less glowops and better politics would get the rate of crime in the black population way down.

Also white those numbers are just bad estimates, there is very little data on it and the one we have is bad, they count non white like polish, irish, spaniards, italians, etc as white in their statistics.

You dont have to do any fancy math, the lowest european country has an higher average than the highest Majority black country.

Living in a low income environment with social factors that defend persons that are clearly responsible for the crimes the commit as heros while wider society tries to pass off a person's failures as due to a failure of the wider society.

This leads to learned helplessness and low accountability for ones actions.
