You know, as someone who really does come from slave-owners and I was raised as racism being a major part of my childhood, it was strange seeing the whole anti-racist shit get so big. It was like the world was going against my family hahaha. However, where I grew up things haven't changed much despite all of it. The negros still go to their stores and eat at their restaurants and go to their churches, etc. It's just a part of life down there, it's too deeply ingrained for some flash in the pan anti-racist attitude to change. Where I live now there isn't a lot of negros in general so, you know.
