i can speak from first hand experience that the only person who knows how to do anything is RapeApe and a handful of his cronies. Since hiro took over 4chan he's engaged with the site like maybe a half dozen times, when i fucked off from them RA was in charge, and hiro just stood there as a storefront mannequin paying the bills and doing nothing else.

Wouldn't at all be surprised if Moot still has root level access to the server.

Where you there that time the /fit/ janny got drunk and started spamming at Hiroshimoot asking why he never talked and if he thought he was better than us? That was the only funny thing I ever witnessed in that shitty server.

They fucked with the /fa/ workwear general so much, I've never seen so much moderator action in my life. For a week we had to have a verified email to post pictures. It all started with me realizing the janny had done a bunch of weird glowie demoralization shit ala 'mining the chans' on /fa/.
The jannies had renamed the hair loss general to balding general and I noticed they would delete and remake the general if you put a balding guy who was any race other than white in the OP pic. And I noticed them shilling tranny hormones in the hair loss and skincare threads, giving bad medical advice on purpose, and janny'ing anyone who talked about the health risks from medications or suggested it might not be a good idea to give yourself a sex change for mild hair loss. Around the same time I noticed the same poster would reply to every thread and spam in every general LARPing as a black or muslim chad and it reminded me of exactly how the ruggatroons talk so I started calling the janny rugga. /fa/ is one of the slowest boards on 4chan and i know a lot of the regulars outside of the website so its really easy to recognize other anons on it. i have no idea if it's actually rugga but calling it rugga would make it seethe uncontrollably and at one point it even made weird vague threats: https://warosu.org/fa/thread/18319524#p18319543 so i kept doing it for the lulz. whoever the janny was it seemed to be able to flood the board with hundreds of users who would flood either troonspeak or esl shit, if you go back to the archives for WAYWT several raids took place during this time.
Anyways it led to a year long war in the denim/workwear general because the skitzo janitor recognized me as one of the anons who posts in. I feel pretty vindicated.

Oh yeah at one point the janny made some thread trying to lure anons who were sick of the moderation onto a creepy 1 day old altchan website and i called him out and the website went offline right when i made the thread:

and advertises that it "wipes every post daily"

the thread gets deleted instantly (only a janny can do this)
the website discuo goes offline a few minutes later
NOTHING SUSPICIOUS GOING ON HERE
THERE IS A LOGICAL REASON WHY A JANNY WOULD WANT TO LURE OTHER USERS TO AN OFF SITE
WHEN THE JANNY OF /FA/ IS SUSPECTED TO BE RUGGA A CONFIRMED AND WELL KNOWN CHILD GROOMER (who grooms kids for "pink pilling" and/or suicide, not sex)

Ignore my shitpostery, again I have no idea who the janny of that board actually is. Kinda creepy I'd be interested to see if the spergs on here could find more info on this discuo thing, it might be a lead on this janny's identity. also glows and radiates like the sun to me.

Yeah, the recurring trend I'm noticing is jannies asking for very basic features that could help cut down on spam and other garbage, and a moderator will waddle into the threat and start questioning the ask, so ultimately nothing ever changes to improve things.
