Nothing much. I realized they were a group of trolls raiding /vp/ all the time and spamming either porn or genwars. someone once posted a link to a discord server saying it's the raiding group, so I joined, took screenshots of their arranged raids, usernames and locations, that some boards started to delete their threads very quickly and I became one of their most hated users ever since.

Nah, even if 4chan had the numbers it's a totally separate culture. I cant imagine board culture people hopping onto Xitter to continue an online presence except for I guess draw/trip fags. But, like you said they're probably already on there if they're so incline

Speaking of almost-dead, gay websites, I thought Ebaum's World hate started on SA because Ebaum's was stealing art from a user called Alt-F12, and he posted on SA complaining about it. I could be wrong though, people remember where they first saw a thing and think that's where the thing came from.

Ebaum's was the first content aggregator and stole everything just to slap their logo on it. Every site hated Ebaums but it was 4chan that would blame them for doing raids as a joke. Ebaums has probably been replaced by Funnyjunk or Ifunny.co at this point for that aggregator role.

That sucks. I rarely visit any forums, unless I have a specific problem, and for me 4chan was the best (or good enough) place for discussion on the internet. Popular enough so you won't wait a few days for a reply, but not too popular.

i don't know what the cut-off date was for me, probably around 2018 were i stopped finding anything insightful or useful browsing there and every time i've lurked again i've come out with a bad mood so i stopped doing it except maybe when there's a happening, most of the site is low quality ragebait , same botnet threads over and over and stuff from twitter.

One thing i'd miss is finding funny new reaction images, even if the discussion is complete trash there's always a funny random shitpost or two.
