To add to this, there is another factor where when you point out that those things are harmful, you get ignored, silenced, or slandered as a "racist". You are not allowed to try to enact solutions to those four things either, therefore it is deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part, and imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group (i.e. genocide).

Extremely common. One general I used on 4chan had two, one would samefag and avatarpost and spam webms of his gameplay. Another hated him because he was an attention whore and virulently hated anyone who got more attention than him, so he would spam the thread with multiple devices with porn and gore anytime the first guy would post. Janitors of course wouldn't lift a finger to stop any of it, maybe come in after a few hours to delete the rulebreaking pictures but leave most of the spam up.
