kiwifarms and 4chan are always put together in the media but kiwifarms is competly different. 4chan is a chaotic mess with some funny memes but its buried in piles of shit. While kiwifarms doesnt have the complete freedom of 4chan it is actually usable for a normal person.

Finding KF was actually one of the many reasons I stopped using 4chan. You don't need to dig through huge piles of shit to find good threads here. You don't have to deal with the porn addicts and other freaks. People who are insufferable get banned and if they try and come back and shit things up they get banned. The post quality is so much higher. I don't miss having to spend a half hour in order to find maybe one good thread on 4chan if I was lucky.

Depends. Some of them get off on exposing others to their sick fetishes, others want to drown out people they disagree and think its funny to use racemixing porn against right wingers, there can also be overlap between the two since their goals are not mutually exclusive. Its not one cohesive group but several.
