I wasn't around /sp/ but they were so bad that they kickstarted the current janny memes about hot pockets and the dog from Arthur. My personal vote goes to either /a/ (no fun allowed), /co/ (would obviously be the one arguing with people about politics, then ban them), or that one nazi /tg/ mod (so heavy-handed he killed the board and warranted a public apology.)

/v/ jannies would literally let a schizo tripfag have in excess of 2 dozen garbage threads that he reposted multiple times a day up at once, but ban you for complaining about this or even acknowledging his existence, even when he was using one or more of his DOZEN trips, often to roleplay elaborate conversations with himself for hours on end in which his trips would agree with and compliment "each other".

That was my final solution plan to randomly shut down the site for months and wait for everyone to get bored and move on
I'm fucking ancient, I remember when threads took days to hit auto sage, truth is 4chans format can't support the amount of people using it, it just turns into chat sites
 
I think it would be a nice gesture to send invites to every email address leaked and when they register on KF they get an “undocumented illegal” badge so we never forget where they came from.
