There was a guy on /vg/s' Persona general (/pg/) who would spam hundreds upon hundreds of images of Sumire, a character from the game, at his worst there would be 1 normal message in between 15-20 fanart pics. He was also ugly, a schizophrenic, might've been preying on his little sister, and he and his family also got doxxed. He still spams to this day (well yesterday)

Any /v/ board wins by default, but that's well-known. /k/ is up there since they clearly allow certain political content (pro-ukraine bias ever since the war kicked off, but before that they encouraged blatant culture wars sperging and fedposting but don't dare suggest anyone keep their mouth shut and get a lawyer) but are happy to b& you for that same reason.
They also seem to tolerate e-celeb faggotry board-wide for whatever fucking reason. It would be very interesting to see which one of them is on the federal payroll.

I haven't lurked the war threads since I largely gave up on /k/ during the culture wars spergouts. /k/ pretty much became indistinguishable from gun instagram and reddit at that point since it was all trailer trash lifestyle bullshit.
