The 4plebs pic with Israel having most posts out of all flags is shooped you retards. 4plebs removed that page so you can't see it anymore but there are archives of that page with list of countries by posts.

Here is an archive link with country post rate and Israel isn't number 1 like in that shooped pic that constantly gets reposted on /pol/.
This was pre Covid. With that Covid bailout money, Israel got all government funding that has allowed them to do stuff like buy up companies, bomb Gaza, and USAID initiatives.

Lmfao what was the longest KF down time? Maybe less than a week?
We went down for a full week when this happened:

Coincidence....

I think lots of people never even bothered try and hack 4chan because they figured it must be hardened and stress tested constantly. Now there's blood in the water.
Also the tranny jannies finally hit the critical mass of pissing everyone off enough that "whatever I could do this but I don't care enough" turned into "I'm going to fuck these motherfuckers' shit up!"

What happened after I got banned on the IRC last night and doxxed one of the mods later on? It was around the same time as my first post here
Quite a few bans, see the text file for the archive of yesterday (note: all times are UTC)

I'm speculating to myself that they will have the site back around by the weekend. The damage wasn't trivial and we know after the random board nuking a few months ago that they might not even carry through backups but there's too much money floating around to take any longer. I don't know what they are going to do about the entire moderator team bleeding out the ass though.
Speaking of the board nuking, in case this has not been stated yet what happened last night would be the culmination of several months of what feels like a turning point in how the place is run.
  • Jannies more willing than usual to let board quality get raped by schizos and chatbots than usual while on-topic posters are harassed with warnings and bans
  • IP counter being erased with only vague mumbling in IRC right before election season
  • Pass three-year bundle fundraising
  • Subsequent $10 upcharge.
  • The ever popular triple captcha plus 15 minutes wait.
Everything has been glowing subpar and questionable for years, but I don't remember having to pop into some furries' spammer proxy to post or tune my filters every single day in 2021.
Anyways, buenas. I've been lurking for a few months, and on account of recent events I've decided to start investing effort into finding places that aren't rotting alive. Was planning to make an account soon anyways, there's something I'm going to finish building in a few weeks that I wanted to talk about lel.

Yeah this is the tricky thing.
Does 4chan need moderation? With the way it was before? Yes. People have cited up and down this thread that the reason the site turned to shit was partially due to bad moderation.
Why are all the mods/jannies complete shit and also retarded? Because you're right, the people who are both patient enough and have the temperance to do that job also have the wits to not spend their precious free time doing such an insane and unrewarding task.
So how do fix it? How do you attract moderators to work such a site that is also famously unprofitable?
No matter the website, jannies should never be able to hide behind the scenes, handing out bans and deleting posts for any reason or no reason at all.
Giving a janny anonymity is the absolute worst thing you can, because they're gonna be using this to their advantage when they start malding, shidding and pissing.
There needs to be total transparency and accountability in order to discourage moderators power-tripping so much.
It should never be possible to hand out bans, timeouts or delete posts without the specific janny's name attached to it.

If Duel kills himself in the interim because he can't satisfy his 4chan addiction we'll have an /m/ renaissance.
I'd settle for the jannies to actually ban him, that SEAmonkey obsessed with bikinis being banned or the Oldrin-loving Indian.
