Depending on how pwnt they are, it could be anywhere from no time at all or dead forever. From the sounds of it, the hacker hasn't modified anything, which if the case you can expect it to come back sooner rather than later. It would take a *well-maintained* website weeks to reinstall its whole system (FreeBSD 10.1 -> 14.2 or ideally -> Linux), identify every vulnerability in its now-exposed source code and patch them (4chan's tranny developers inept and couldn't do this even in a very maintainable source code, let alone their extremely poorly written monolithic .php files) and replace the members of staff who will now undoubtedly resign (good luck finding new ones).
It will take them MONTHS. And once those retards realize it will take months AT THE MINIMUM, they will give up. The only hope is hiroshimoot coughing up some money for new developers, but I doubt he cares about his drunk purchase enough to do that.
It's just a matter of running
freebsd-update -r $MAJOR_RELEASE
a bunch of times. Depending on the filesystem in use (ZFS/UFS) they might be able to get away with backing up the application dataset (hopefully they made one), reinstall the system, then import the dataset.
