Whole Foods is owned by Amazon, and Amazon is basically an arm of the US government since it's all a big Jewish inbred corporatocracy. Companies like Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and even Sprouts are full of junk food packaged and sold at premiums using the latest memetic health trend. While you may avoid GMOs there, you are still likely running into sneed oils, food dye, artificial flavorings (which they have no legal obligation to disclose), phytoestrogens like soy, and hefty doses of microplastics in the packaging. So you won't have cancer, but you won't have kids either because your balls will shrivel into raisins. Fluoride is also a literal poison and is found in alarming quantities even in some private wells and you can be sure that nearly all your food has traces of it that accumulate. Even the healthiest grassfed beef raised on 1000 acres with tender love and care will have plastic and fluoride in them because the kikes want to sicken as many people as possible and gouge them in medical bills and therapy. It's not about depopulation, it's about sickness, disease, and retardation.

This summary was very interesting as a social outcast and single dude who is also a weeb and avid traveller and likes to keep fit and hates lefttards more than anything I can honestly say 4chan is my life, it has to come back up.

I AM NEVER GOING TO FUCKING REDDIT!

I've also met heaps of cool people from 4chins too. It's nice not having to hide my power levels amoungst fellow knowers and noticers.

Yeah 4chan gives me the gossip on the Twitch streamers, since I don't have time or the money to buy 10 monitors hooked on my wall and have streams running.

Yeah I know walmart sucks but where else are you gonna go at 3 am when you need an axe, some contractor bags, lube, bleach, a shovel, and other cleaning supplies?

To be fair, everything is poison, it's really just a matter of degree. If you don't have total control over your vegetables, carbohydrates, and meat, then I don't care what car you drive, what devices and trinkets you possess, or even if you have a house, you're still a pleb. Otherwise, I think the best you can do is stay far away from fast and processed food and do your darndest for a healthy gut microbiome. A healthy gut microbiome can deal with a lot.
