8kun was straight up passed over for the most apart during this 4chan fleeing. The fact that the Qanon board is still the most active just shows how unappealing 8kun is as a website. It scares people away

That's been happening to me on pc, but not mobile for some reason. You have to use the no-no image upload button, which also generates a file upload. Delete the fullsize image from the editor (not delete file on the upload), go to the file upload, and select add thumbnail like normal.

the best part about that one is that they left it available for people to jump into after April 1st. People started to unironically use it as a secret clubhouse much like /qa/. Until a couple weeks later the Admins declared "no fun allowed" and deleted it.
