The zoomers vs millennials shitflinging that's happening in this thread now was also another one of the factors contributing to the enshittification of 4chan in the last years. Couldn't hold any debate without people accusing you of being one or another. I've been called a zoomer a million of times on /vr/ even though I'm a millennial. Every thread some anon had to make up a boogeyman to avoid having to use arguments.

I'm not here because I want a 4chan alternative, I'm here because I'm tired of imageboards in general. What's the point of creating an alternative if it's just going to end up with the same problems? Any anonymous online space, once it gets popular enough, tends to end up controlled by trannies driven by a desire for power, banning users for personal reasons, controlling the flaw of discussion instead of letting it grow in an organic way. The same kind of people who complain about the government controlling the mass while they act the same way themselves.

At least if I get banned here, I'll be called a faggot by Null instead of private reasons I'll never know, and I'll move on to somewhere else.

Honestly posting on this site even for just a bit reminded me how much I've missed forums in general. Sadly almost everything is a discord now.
